Scenario planning refers to an analytic model employed by a corporate organization for future predictions regarding corporate strategy (Schoemaker, 2005). Therefore, the process may be employed both locally and globally as a strategic management tool for future trends. For instance, insurance companies may employ scenario planning to ascertain the occurrence of certain risks.

Cultural values play a crucial role in the management process (Berrell and Wright, 2009). For instance, some leadership aspects may be a result of the passing of cultural values from one generation to another generation. Other styles may be a result of Westernization processes. Thus, cultural values act as a link between various values such as education, technology and corporate culture. This, in turn, shapes the desired management style, thus, underlining the importance of cultural values in management processes.

Reconciliation methods may be effectively employed in management processes in the following ways:
- Mediation. Mediation measures may be employed by management towards the process of conflict resolution. However, both parties must be willing to participate.
- Conflict Transformation. This mode of conflict resolution mainly focuses on changing the attitudes and perceptions of the parties involved in the conflict.
- Compromise. Compromise may also be employed by conflicting parties in the quest for an amicable solution.

Through virtual team membership, in completing an Organizational Change Development Project, simulation analysis of the Blue Horizon Cruises allowed us to effectively analyze various cultures that often result in conflict (Berrell and Wright, 2009). This was about the reaction towards capitalistic culture around the world. Thus, different cultural orientations towards this practice were analyzed and appreciated.

Through coverage, of course, the relationship between social science research methods and practical Organizational Change Development issues was emphasized. This was owed to the relationship between various cultural practices and Organizational Change Development issues (Berrell and Wright, 2009). Thus, we were able to employ various social science research methodological practices about outlining Organizational Change Development issues while also paying attention to various ethical issues.

Embracing the ‘genius of and’ is crucial to the existence of any organization. However, western companies be hindered by cultural reasons in the implementation of this process (Berrell and Wright, 2009). This can be attributed to their immensely developed organizational cultures that are immune to processes of change and continuity. The ‘genius of and’ requires that a company be flexible in embracing and entertaining different ends of a continuum. Thus, the rigidity of the Western culture contributes significantly to the hindrance of their compliance with this phenomenon.

The relevance of cultural dilemmas to effective change leadership can not be overlooked (Berrell and Wright, 2009). This implies that cultural dilemmas provide a platform for effective change leadership. For instance, management operations in certain organizations are based on certain cultural stereotypes. Therefore, breaking away from such stereotypes may result in cultural dilemmas, thus, representing a necessary step in the quest for change leadership.

Cultural competency also plays a crucial role in effective change leadership (Berrell and Wright, 2009). It offers a platform for effective interaction of different cultures. This, in turn, contributes significantly towards the smooth flow of human resource processes. Thus, the maintenance of cultural competence is crucial to the process of effective change leadership.

Strategic planning refers to the deliberate planning measures employed by the management for effectiveness and efficiency in the operations of the organization. Therefore, scenario planning represents part of the strategic planning process (Schoemaker, 2005). This implies that scenario planning can be defined as a subset of strategic planning. However, unlike strategic planning, scenario planning is mainly concerned with the corporate operations that predict future occurrences in a given organization.
