Managers must effectively and efficiently apply these factors to each unique work environments accordingly. Among the factors that have shown the most success when applied are communication, values, attitudes and ethics, goal setting, work teams, job satisfaction, feedback, and recognition. Relevant research has verified that these factors are interrelated, and when put into practice effectively they create and maintain positive, high performing employees with high levels of job satisfaction. This paper, therefore, seeks to critically analyze the extent to which these factors contribute towards the creating and sustaining a high performing positive or happy culture within an organization.

The paper will begin by probing the meaning of these factors as well as the rationale for managerial leaders to practice them.In the research of performance work culture, there are numerous factors associated with cultivating happy and high performance. While extensive research has been done on these factors, there are a few that come to the forefront, which has documented applications that have proved to be more effective in the workplace environment. It is essential for a managerial leader to be familiar with key factors that influence an employee’s work performance.

While there are many different environments in which organizations operate, there are a number of factors that when applied stand out in being universally influential in creating a happy high performance.The research of positive work culture yields factors such as task identity, working conditions, environment, flextime, hiring process, job security, and opportunity for advancement. These factors can be considered as the main benefits that an employee seeks in a new position. So while these are factors that can influence high performance, they are also the factors that a managerial leader might not have the capability to alter or change.
