Evaluation/ assessment policy

This policy is key in measuring the success of capacity building and make continuous improvements in the effectiveness and delivery of capacity building services.

Assessment data will be collected on a monthly basis and will include general measures, client self-esteem, academic performance among others. The assessment coordinator will be in charge of all program evaluation efforts.

Recruitment procedure

The manager completes a yearly recruitment plan consisting of tasks, roles, and responsibilities. This plan will be reviewed by the CEO and the board before implementation

The manager is responsible for ensuring the implementation of the recruitment plan takes place

Training/tutoring procedure

The capacity building coordinator is responsible for managing, training, developing curricula, and training materials processing to evaluation forms for the training and initiating the training sessions.

Training evaluation forms are distributed and returned after the training sessions.

A training manual as well as support materials will be created and maintained as a separate copy from the policy and procedure manual by the capacity building coordinator. These training materials are reviewed and updated depending on the program and the training evaluation feedback carried out monthly. A training evaluation form is used to capture these details.
