Medical Imaging and liability and litigation  Imaging Modalities that Involve the Use of X-ray The three modes of imaging modalities that involve the use of x-rays include: Radiology, which is the use of images to facilitate diagnosis as well as the treatment of diseases (Rohman & Scott 2011). There is also radiography, which involves the use of x-rays to view the internal structure of various body organs. Consequently, there is also the use of tomography, which basically involves the use of specific body sections through x-rays (Rohman & Scott 2011).

The breach of confidentiality insinuates to a situation whereby a person violates the laws that have been set to govern the privacy of another person’s information.
