The Fast Couriers Pty Ltd Company’s management has been planning to expand the company. The Aspiration of the company has led to the need for the management to inquire about changes that would enable the business to meet its goals and objective. Requirements for the Fast Couriers Pty Ltd Company:

Positive Brand Image. The company should ensure that its reputation in the business is positive. It includes following the legislation set to protect the environment and alleviating community problems such as unemployment among others (Mcnally and Speak, 2011).

Cost Reduction Programs. The company needs to ensure no capital gets rendered as waste. The management needs to put all efforts is to ensure that workers do not resist the management directives such as changes in the work plan or introducing updated technology. Those that oppose the policies need to take responsibility for their actions. For instance, refusing to work as a single driver per vehicle when given an enhanced environment should not be tolerated.

Information Gathering and Reinforcements. The company needs to gather its information in the right way; it includes drivers proposing using digital gadgets and not the manual. Manually recording information by drivers may be subjected to manipulation. The use of PDAs will ensure records of work are not biased, meaning that the evaluation of workers is rendered reliable as it will be used to generate unbiased feedback records.

Services with Added Value. The company should consider penetrating the niche markets; customers have unique requirements that are not met by the rival companies. A comprehensive portfolio of services should be used to get the persons to be loyal clients, given that the organization is focusing on individual customer needs.

Teamwork Building. The management and drivers need to develop a collaborative working environment; such a measure ensures that the team members can develop trust together with open communication (Walters, 2005).

Promoting Personal Development. The organization needs to ensure there are well-designed programs to encourage the people to advance their levels of education through ensuring there are education Leaves among others.

Promoting Educational Programs. These involved conducting workshops to provide workers are up to the technologies introduced into the company such as the PDA and the GPS systems. Seminars should also be provided, especially for consulting experts.

The requirements mentioned above are the keys to unlocking the path of the organization’s realization of its goal and objectives as indicated earlier. The efforts to ensure the above conditions get realized do not call for specific personnel, but rather the totality of all contributions of the organization’s members.
