Therefore, achieving workplace diversity and effectively managing the same course is a core factor of success for the business. Diversity, entailing an organization with varied ethnicities and races, reflects through al characteristics defining the people entailed. Thus, an organization, such as Google Inc, which has a vast composition of the workforce, has the responsibility to engage accordingly to achieve a management of diversity accordingly. In the representation of Google Inc, the company reflects accordingly the element that is diversity in culture, ethnicity and race, in addition to, the vast composition of beliefs.
