Nature of Employment: Business consultants are required to provide solutions to the problems of businesses through consultancy services to individual and corporate clients of the company. They are required to provide their expertise and aide to the organizations facing financial and strategic decisions particularly related to expansion and exploration of new ventures. Employees’ services are acquired to minimize the risk of failure. Brough Business Consultants are required to increase the productivity, cut costs and solve other business related problems of their clients. They are asked to collect and evaluate information and sort out solutions for the client. Brough Consultants work hard under stressful conditions and under tight deadlines.

The suitable personality required for the consultation job is a goal oriented, organized and creative one. Company expects that its employees are good in oral presentations and they have good interpersonal and management skills (Quovardis). Employee Categories: Employee are classified according to the following classes based on their wage management and qualification for incentives and benefits: 1. Upper Level: Executives of the company are included in this category. They are regular employees and are asked to work for 30 hours a week. They will be allowed 25 day paid vacation each year and will be provided fuel cards of $250 limit and cell phones with monthly credit limit of $250. Additional medical cover of $25,000 will be awarded to the executives.

The pay scale varies from $45,000-$50,000. 2. Middle Level: These are graduates with minimum 3 years of job related experience. They will be regular employees. They will be hired to work for less than 30 hours a week regularly. They will be allowed 15 days paid vacation. They will be provided fuel cards of $150 limit and cell phones with monthly credit limit of $150. Medical cover of $15,000 will be provided to them. Salary will lie in between $28,000-$35,000. 3. Lower Level: These employees are fresh graduates.

They will be hired as Management Trainee Officers and as interns. They will be allowed to take 15 day vacation each year but no fuel card or cell phone will be provided to them. They will be under observation for about 3 months of probation period. If the performance of MTOs is satisfactory during the probation period, they will be promoted to regular employee. Salary for MTOs will start from $18,000 which will be raised to $25,000 after successful completion of probation period. The stipend for interns will be $5,000 (Georgertown University).
