THE JUICY CHICKEN RESTAURANT Lecturer The Juicy Chicken Restaurant Juicy Chicken Restaurant Profile Figure 0 Mission and vision statements Figure 2.0 Business long and short-term goals Objectives for the incoming year Reduce the costs of employee training (DEPENDABILITY) Training is important to all. However, the rate of training will be reduced by limiting the number of sessions (Monahan, 2000). Also, the restaurant will employ highly experienced staff with adequate training. Replace all the worn out machines and their parts ( SPEED) In order to improve the SPEED of production, all machines will need to be repaired and appropriately replaced without any delay. Resort to the use of cheaper suppliers (COST) To reduce the costs of production, the restaurant will use cheaper, reliable and efficient suppliers (Stroh, Northcraft & Neale, 2002).
Health and safety policies implementation (QUALITY) Meet all the health safety standards. The above structural plan will have to be effectively implemented. It has an important contribution to make towards the improvement of the restaurant. Its contributions will be felt as it will improve the monitoring process, production and decision making exercises for the restaurant (Gomez-Mejia & David, 2008). These will not only improve its management, but also help in ensuring that it complies with all the quality standards and satisfy the diverse needs of its clients (Kahneman & Tversky, 2000).
