Discovering creative employees in an organization is increasingly becoming an important aspect. The human resource management departments in most of the organizations are interested in creative employees. The process of discovering creative employees vary from one organization to the other. Different methods can be used to discover creative employees. The creative employees add a lot of value to the organization and hence the importance of the process in most of the companies. This practice is common in all the sectors as innovative employees are found in all the professionals (Robbins, et al, 2013). The innovations within an organization can be brought about by the creative employees. In the United Arab Emirates, organizations are usually keen on discovering creative and innovative employees. The process of discovering innovative and creative employees may take time as it may be difficult to know the employees who are creative and innovative. In Abu Dhabi, discovering the creative and innovative employees is increasingly becoming important for most of the organizations. Both the large and small organizations are embracing the practice due to its benefits. The competitive advantage of an organization can be enhanced through a competitive advantage. The innovative employees have the potential of solving the challenges being faced in an organization using their creativity. It is therefore common for the organizations to put in place measures to discover the creative and innovative employees within its force.

Innovation within an organization is a product of creativity. A lot of changes are currently taking place in the organizational environment. The technological changes affect the operations of the organizations. The increased use of technology in most operations of organizations requires the presence of creative and innovative employees. On the other hand, creative employees can utilize technology for the benefits of the organization. The structures of most organizations are changing and this encourages the discovery of innovative and creative employees. The discovery of creative employees is beneficial to the organizations as their creative and innovative employees can also be involved in the design and production of new products and services. The presence of innovative products and services enables the organization to satisfy the customers. Some of the major organizations that have been able to meet the demands of the customers have creative employees (Snell, et al, 2015). Etihad Airways is one of the main companies that are involved in the discovery of creative employees in Abu Dhabi. The desires of the customers are also changing and hence the need for flexibility is among the organizations. The organizations have to make changes for the purposes of ensuring that the needs of the customers are met. The creative and innovative employees have the potential of understanding the dynamic nature of the customers. Understanding the needs of the customers is currently the most important aspect when it comes to customer satisfaction. In the current competitive market, it is only through offering innovative services that an organization is able to attract and retain the customers.
