The paper "Manner in Which Carumba Corporation Was Facing a Difficult Situation" is a good example of a business case study. Carumba Corporation which started its operations way back faced issues as mails which were treated as confidential were leaked and resulted in the share prices to move down. This affected the market and created panic within the company as the mail got leaked from the highest sources. This further brought forward the fact that the business lacked efficiency and was witnessing high turnover rates for employees and the contribution of the employee were decreasing.

The management instead of developing ways to deal with the differences were mainly focussed on continuing with the same which provided the same liberty to the employees and had an effect on the overall performance of the organization. This was an area of concern which Carumba Corporation has to deal with and have to identify the manner in which the situation can be improved. This report thereby looks to highlight the actual situation both in terms of communication and employee turnover that Carumba Corporation was witnessing and looks towards presenting ways through which the overall process can be improved.

This will thereby tend to improve the overall condition of Carumba Corporation and will be aimed at developing the required fundamentals through which the business will be able to use the resources in a better way and ensure that the organization is able to grow. 3.0 Stakeholder Theory The Stakeholder Theory states that “ business organisation needs to see that the organisation works for the well being of people associated with the organisation and ensure that they're well being is looked after” .

(Hill & Jones, 1992) This theory looks towards working for the betterment of people who contributes towards the organization and requires the development of ways through which the employees will become more satisfied and will be committed towards the organization. This will thereby ensure that the different stakeholders are considered and will be aimed at increasing the overall efficiency through which the business is able to ensure better performance. This will help to bring the required transformation that the business is looking for and will help to work towards the wellbeing of the different stakeholders through different ways which have been further presented below 4.0 Lack of understanding and clarity while communicating Communication provides the required direction based on which organizations are able to design their business strategies which were lacking in the case of Carumba Corporation.

The lack of skills on the part of the top management made the organization lose vital resources in association with employees and money (Allen, 2001). This made Carumba Corporation show inefficiency and thereby had an impact on the overall decision-making function.

This impacted Carumba Corporation adversely as it created a negative impact on the employees as they were unable to manner the time and made the employees work in directions which didn’ t provide the required results. This highlighted the lack of time management skills and had an impact on the performance of the organization as the employees were unable to understand the completed message that was passed (Sevari & Kandu, 2011, p. 723). This is an aspect which was completely lacking in the case of Carumba Corporation and required that the management looks towards formulating strategies and training program for the long term benefit of the organization.

This would otherwise lead to a situation where the person is unable to understand the message and act in a wrong manner which could lead towards financial loss for the business. Carumba Corporation was lacking in this regard which as a result had an effect on the manner in which the communication was passed and resulted in creating discrepancies and as a result, the share market fell down and resulted in the dip in the share prices by over 23%.

This will also have an effect on the morale of the employees and will make them act in a manner which doesn’ t provide the required benefit.
