This has resulted in creating cultural differences. This has made it difficult for Fred to carry on the responsibility he has been entrusted with and requires that an understanding of the Japanese culture is done so that the contract passes through and the organization benefits 3. Person Responsible for this situation There are various persons like stakeholders, human resource department, individuals, employees, and others people related to the organization who have to ensure better coordination so that the organization doesn’ t have to face the situation in the future 3.2. Stakeholders Responsibility The stakeholders have to ensure that the organization looks towards cultural integration and provide the required time and resources that facilitate the changes. This will ensure that the employees are able to work in tandem with each other and will help in cultural integration. 3.3. HR Japan’ s responsibility The role of human role resource department in Japan is to ensure that they are able to make a strategy through which they ensure that people from different culture mix together and work as a unit.

This will ensure that people belonging to different community looks towards respecting the culture of other country and ensure that they provide the required value to the other organization (Yukl, 2009). 3.2. HR Headquarter Responsibility The role of human resource in Japan is to ensure that when the send expatriates they are provided complete knowledge and information regarding the culture prevalent in other countries.

They have to ensure that they look towards providing the required training and design programs which help the employees to understand the importance of cultural mix and look towards framing a system through which cultural integration takes place (Franco, 2009). 3.4. Fred Bailey Responsibility Fred Bailey has to look towards ensuring that he looks towards understanding the cultural differences. This will ensure better coordination within the organization.
