The paper 'How Customization Works and How Business Processes are Implemented" is a great example of a Business Assignment. In recent times, customer relationship management (CRM) has undergone great improvement. Today, CRM serves multiple roles having started as a contact management tool and progressed to a sales automation tool, it is now a full-blown customer satisfaction system. This is in the realization of the fact that winning the first order is just a fraction of the revenue and profitability potential from the customer. In order to maximize the full potential of the customer, we need to carefully manage each interaction with the customer along the entire customer lifecycle.

By so doing, managing the stages of customer relationship (CRM) not only results in financial rewards as well as deeper customer loyalty. In a bid to achieve this, companies implement various CRM systems with the aim of improving their relationship with existing customers, find new customers and win back former customers. Many companies implement CRM systems with software such as Zoho CRM that are useful in the collection, organization, and management of customer information.

Such software helps the company derive a number of benefits including improved customer relations, increased customer revenues, maximization of upselling and cross-selling, better internal communication as well as marketing optimization. As stated above, many organizations have found Zoho CRM to be an important part of their customer relationship management systems. Zoho CRM is an award-winning web-based CRM aimed at attracting, retaining and satisfying customers to grow in the business. Zoho CRM is hailed for its functionality in lead and contact management, sales pipeline management and purchase control. When bundled together, these functionalities can perform wonders for the company’ s CRM especially since they are on a revamped and easy-to-use interface.

The software is highly compatible regardless of the business type and is able to automate daily business activities, track sales and engage customers in its different platforms. As such, its implementation would be of great benefit to the company as will be seen below.
