E-BUSINESS Introduction to Product E-Business relates to business that is conducted online, which can include sales of product and services. The organization use internet based technologies and infrastructures (Hamel, 2014). Today we will in a world of information innovation, where internet has become a powerful communication tool that helps to connect business and consumers and aid at generating healthy income. Our company will provide online psychiatrist and mind therapy facility, the customer would have to register online and fill out a small questionnaire, the question would be asked relating to the reasons why they require the service (this is to eliminate any fake users) and accordingly appointment would be given to the customer.

The online psychiatrist and mind therapist would ask for communication preference which can include online chatting and / or online live talk. The cost of therapy for online chatting would be $25 per hour and online live talk will be $35 per hour. The option is given to people who don’t want to reveal their selves and want to keep their identity hidden. Once the appointment is book, the therapist would talk to the customer accordingly. The world is increasing is becoming a global web, technology is moving faster than the mind can comprehend, there are many people who feel they are left behind and are shy is talking to someone close.

Online psychiatrist and mind therapy is meant for all those people who would want to take professional advice without much efforts being made. Our product is useful for all such audience. Goals and Objectives Following are the goals our company would want to achieve by providing therapy online: To provide the customer with a well experience therapy experience, without making much efforts. To ensure that online e-commerce is taken to the next level of medical and therapy services. To be the pioneers in providing with online therapy and to continuously grow the services with respect to different regions and places To be cost effective in terms of service quality and to ensure that the customer feels easy and satisfied in apply for the service.

To be able to build trust and security in minds of customers who apply for the service and to market ourselves accordingly Understanding the Market The service is unique in its nature and great care has to taken to ensure that it is not misunderstood by the customers. Therapy can be used at all ages and all genders, we will not restrict our market with respect to a particular age group or gender. However, there are two categories formed, one for people who are less than 18 and would require a guardian’s approval before they can apply for service and other age group which is above 18, people who are adults and don’t need any consent before they apply for therapy sessions.

The service would be initially introduced to Pakistan market, the market is one of the emerging economies. It is one of the economies which are increasing in awareness with respect to online businesses. Much of the population is in the middle age group, which is exposed to many dual system conflicts. This market is also increasing with respect to education and due to gaps in the society there is much need for therapy for all ages. It has been observed in the Pakistani market that the changing environments are increasingly creating issues to all age groups, people are torn between two schools of thoughts and these are creating personality issues at all levels.

In order to deal with these issues, these people have to be given due importance and information. They need to be exposed to professional opinions. This would help with resolve many mind conflict. Planning and Research The business model for e-business are simple in nature, they have less components and are easy to handle. The supplier of the business is the company and user of the product are the users and delivery channel is internet. Strengths of the business is new market and new concept, people in the targeted regions are not well aware of therapy online, they are not even aware of therapist in the industry.

Therapist have been associated with a negative connotation and people show resentment to understand they are facing some mind conflicts and to accept them. Once the know they are stress it is difficult to them to share the information with family and friend and this have negative implication on their personality. The weakness of the e-business is people connotation of psychiatrist and therapist. The trust level of the industry is less and customers show a lot of resentment in accepting and going to doctors for their mental state.

It is hard for them to understand that psychiatrist can be used for normal depression and other conflicts. The threat in the market is other online and medical institutions providing services related to mind therapist and psychiatrist. Although with respect to the selected market the ratio of these services are less and there is a large portion of the market still to be discovered. There are many people who are potential audience and can be approached. There are many opportunities for the e-business online, the opportunities are with respect to untapped existing market and new markets.

The existing market is new to the concept and if marketed in the correct manner can gain a large portion of the market share, and if the service is popular with the existing untapped market the same facility can be provided to other regions across the nation and across the border. Strategic partners to the business are different doctors and organizations who will opt for providing there service with our website. These people will provide their experience and talent, they would have a brand name and would make it easy for our online company to market and project ourselves.

In this regard we can also use the brand name of different reputable medical intuitions to promote our online services. Infrastructure Management The positive aspect of business is that it is simple in nature and does not have a complex infrastructure. The product is a service and the only two main components of the business are people who are providing the service and high quality internet along with proper electricity backups. The service is online and the company cannot have broken links or long hours load shedding.

The inventories are the doctors, which will be given a proper place to sit and conduct their process and procedures. The customer will need to have access to high speed internet connection. The feedback from customers and how well they are satisfied by the services will determine the future strategy of the company with respect to marketing and promotions. Revenue will be generated by direct sales and further we can use the site to promote other similar and related medical facilities. We can generate profit by charging the other companies which would use our website to promote their services and facilities.

Along with other medical facility the website can also be used by other online retailers and business. Conclusion The service is unique in its nature and has become a need for the changing environment, the service provides avenues for people who are victims of dual mind thoughts and don’t have an outlet to clear their confusion.
