Adidas is recognized by their official domain Adidas. com, which has been in existence for the past 19 years. The domain status prohibits the transfer of client and is sponsored by Registrygate GMBH. The Adidas domain has some other divided domains that have different market targets in the wider sporting goods industry.

Nike. com domain is ranked higher than the Adidas. com domain, making it have a competitive advantage in their online marketing. Both Nike Inc. and Adidas have many sites that target different market segments globally and they operate under separate domains with their official websites. Search Engine Position Nike Inc. and the Adidas forms the most famous brands in the sportswear industry and the command significant search engine position in their digital market.
