By becoming 100% employee-owned, its daily value creation activities are subject to refined ideas from critical evaluation and analysis of alternative opinions of the employees. This brings a sense of belonging to the employees boosting their morale which can be reflected in improved productivity. This has created a tradition of participatory decision making that explores the benefits of the creative and innovative contribution of the workers towards sustainable value creation activities’ comparative mode of running between what King Arthur flour currently pursue and other firms indicates a significant difference in terms of the decision making process.
