The suppliers ensure the on time delivery and quality of the goods and the intermediaries work as marketing channels for the customers.

The value network allows the different companies to perform those tasks in which they are best. Secondly, it also helps to identify the disturbances in the supply chain much quickly. Lastly, firms can always shift part of their operations to another partner for the smooth functioning of business. An efficiently managed value network always helps to reduce cost and increase the level of efficiency (Moore, 2010, p. 90). Internal Value Networks Internal value networks depend on the activities like fulfilling the orders of the customers, customer service, innovation, generating leads for business, etc.

This aspect is included into the internal value networks. Apart from this the support services such as the IT, legal, marketing, recruitment and promotional activities are handled by other operational groups. Building in-house management teams for developing projects ensures the proper setup for the project and its on-time delivery.

Teams in Land Securities Groups usually consist of 80 people from the company and 20 from the suppliers’ side.
