An Open Letter to all Employees Dear Employees, In addressing you today, I would like to draw your attention towards the time remaining to accomplishthe goals of the present year. We have had a great summer this year and we all took our time to enjoy with our friends and family. Now, it is the time to look ahead and move towards the accomplishment of our goals and objectives in a more focused manner. As we all know, September has always been a good time to start fresh. It is like a second new year as we start moving towards our goals in a new and enthusiastic manner.

The time before this month and the time from this month to the end of year are very different from the employers’ perspective. At this point of time, employees need to show complete dedication towards their jobs in order to avoid all sorts of misfortunes regarding accomplishment of goals. The time between September and end of this year is not too much, so we need to make ourselves focused towards our work. We need to analyze how we are doing on our goals of this year. It is the time to move towards accomplishments instead of starting from the scratch.

We need to compile our efforts and plan for accomplishments. This is always the most important time not only for the employees but also for the managers as deadlines start coming closer and closer with the passing time. Therefore, we need to work a little harder now in order to meet our deadlines. From now on, every minute and every second will really count for the company. We need to take a deep breath and start moving towards the goals. One thing, which I must tell you, is that concentration matters a lot for the employees at this point of time.

From now on, we need to be attentive, as we cannot bear the expenses of wasting our time. All of us have had a great time all through this year. We enjoyed a lot by working in a peaceful, friendly, and an enthusiastic workplace environment. Now it is the time to fasten our belts and work a little harder than before. The last four months of every year are very critical because in these months, a company is not able to accommodate mistakes or waste of time. Therefore, all of us need to be fully committed towards our tasks in order to move towards our goals effectively and efficiently.

For accomplishing the goals and objectives of the company, the role of employees is very critical. Employees are the backbone of a company and without their efforts and commitment, a company cannot achieve its goals within the deadlines. Being the valuable parts of our company, it is also our ethical and professional responsibility to take steps for the growth and success of the company. The time has come when we need to dedicate ourselves completely towards our roles and responsibilities to make our company achieve its goals successfully.
