Personal Leadership Goals Personal Leadership Goals I spent part of my life pursuing my academic ambitions until I obtained a doctorate in business management. With attractive papers to back my academic qualifications, I now face the job market with confidence and zeal to ensure that I secure a future that will be safe for me and other people. I have prepared a well worked out plan, which carries the blue print of my future goals and ambitions that I wish to accomplish before age catches up with me.

My initial personal leadership goal is to secure a decent job that will land me at the epitome of public service. I have a strong feeling that the nation has invested a lot of resources in my education, and I can show my gratitude by providing service of high quality to this nation. My greatest goal in this sphere is to be part of international business team, which transacts business on behalf of the government, especially with foreign delegates (Eikenberry, 2010). I expect to accomplish this goal within a period of three years; this will give me sufficient time to work in the lower ranks in this profession and eventually rise to the top of my career.

The second personal leadership goal is seeking a spouse and bringing up a family. It is evident that the success of a man is more determined by the quality of the family that the man has than the amount of wealth that the man manages to accumulate (Eikenberry, 2010). I have several ladies who I would wish to settle in marriage with, but I have to narrow my list down to one lady. Settling down in marriage will require that I develop a firm foundation for my family to avoid landing in compromising situations, which might jeopardize the safety of my family.

Among the things that I will have to set include purchasing a house and coming into terms on the issue of the ideal family size. This goal will take a period of five years to accomplish; however, the family will be a lifetime goal, which cannot be achieved as a one off activity. The third personal leadership goal is to study law as an alternative career, in case life prompts me to change my career, during the mid-life crisis. Law was my second favorite career from business management. I plan to enroll for part time classes in a law course at the University of Liverpool; this will be after working for ten years (Eikenberry, 2010).

Once I graduate with a degree in law, I will manage to practice law later in life as an advocate if I chose to change my mind. This goal will take four years to accomplish. The fourth personal leadership goal is to invest in a pharmacy store, which will operate on 24 hours basis; this will ensure that it offers services to mankind at all times. This store will be located in the city center, and I will hire professionals to run the store. My role in this store will be the role of a managing director.

This will enable me to oversee the entire crucial decisions, which concern the running of my investment (Eikenberry, 2010). This investment will secure my financial future and facilitate me to make consequential accomplishment in life. The fifth personal leadership goal will be to join the political realm, and employ my accumulated knowledge in business management, law and investment techniques into strategizing political ideologies. This will be the goal that will wind up my career objectives because I wish to retire while playing politics.

I have the ambitions of running for senate representation in my state and help people with their issues of life. This goal will take long to accomplish, but it is with a period of thirty years.
