Secondly, to build a health funding operation system is the basis for the non-profit performing arts organizations to achieve sustainable development.

Thirdly, understand and identify marketing strategies and necessities of partnership for non-profit performing arts organizations in communicating with outside worlds in detail. Lastly, it is necessary to comprehend current issues in funds, competition, or other aspects and come up with ways to improve it. At the same time, to make the theories understandable, some examples from Australia and China will be used to clarify the topic. 2.0 The role and responsibility of the boards The management of non-profit performing organizations is dual leadership, comprising two sections of different directors (Galli, 2011).

The first director is the artistic director and the other one is the executive director (Figure 1).
