Working together in the group involved working on different areas and mixing with different people. This required that the members kept away their egos and looked towards the benefit of the group. This report thereby looks to present the manner in which the members worked, the communication process, the tools used, ways in which problems were solved and the lessons learnt that can be used next time to improve the working. Working together in the group with different members belonging to different culture resulted in widespread integration. It helped to bring different minds together and ensured that the group was able to develop different ideas and choose the one that benefitted the most. There were certain problems that the team member encountered at different phase of the report but was handled diligently. Each and every member was entrusted some role and care was taken to ensure help if required. Further, the team also analyzed the report at regular intervals and made regular checks so that changes that were required were done. This ensured that the team was able to pick up the correct report and present it on time. It also taught the group the different areas which when worked upon like proper planning will ensure efficiency and help to complete and present the report better. The team member looked towards managing the project in such a manner that there was involvement of each member. The team on the first instance divided the work between all the group members based on the presence and liking for the group members. The team members looked towards having a meeting where the team discussed the entire project in depth. This helped the team member to understand the strengths and weakness of each member. This thereby enabled the team to divide the entire work Special care and attention was made to ensure that regular meetings were held where the team member discussed the topic and the progress in depth. This ensured that the progress of the team member was brought forward. Further, the team members also looked towards helping each other at each point. This ensured that the doubts and problems were solved at the earliest. This thereby helped the team to work on the smaller aspects of the project and ensure proper time management and participation for the completion of the project The members looked towards communicating between them through mails and phones. Each member of the team looked towards communicating through emails and the mail was sent to the entire group so that all the members could know the actual state. Emails was the most used source for communicating as the team developed a group where each post was received by all the members The team also looked towards regular meetings and counseling sessions both between the group members and the instructor. The team discussed the problems that were being faced in the meetings and looked towards finding ways through which that could be dealt. Further, the team used emails to communicate among the team regarding the time and place of the meetings. Special care was taken to ensure that all the members were informed well in advance and the company made it a point to ensure that all the members were present which highlighted that the communication process was clear and not ambigious. The team looked towards using different life cycle test to check the accuracy and progress of the project. The team looked towards using test like the Belbin’s test to check the progress. Further, regular meetings also ensured that the team was able to discuss the progress and the areas that were to be addressed. This thereby helped the team members to ensure that the team was able to gain effectiveness. Using different tools like the Belbin’s test helped the team members to gauge the performance at different time intervals. This ensured that the team was able to make the required changes it that was required. Further, looking towards a strategy where the team member looked towards finding the accuracy of the project and to understand the manner in which the project was turning out helped to ensure that the project was completed on time. This also ensured that the project was in the desired shape and helped to accomplish the task for which it was undertaken. The team faced different type of problems during the life time cycle of the project which the team looked towards addressing so that all the differences that existed between the team members could be removed. The team member on this front looked towards having meetings. Most of the problems that the members faced were discussed at the meetings. This was the time where all the members were allowed to voice their opinion and based on the best possible outcome the best option was decided. The team also ensured that the differences that existed between the team members were resolved. Some situations required that the members solve their differences by communicating among themselves whereas some involved the entire team. Further, the team looked towards regular brainstorming session where the problems and differences between the team members were discussed. This helped the team in finding the best solution and helped to deal with the differences in the most efficient manner so that the teams objective was achieved. The team members through the brainstorming session were able to come to a conclusion regarding the project. The team in the meeting looked towards developing a methodology where the different topics were discussed at length so that both the positives and negatives were discussed. This helped the group to find out the best project and the manner in which it will yield effectiveness and ensure that the project is completed on time. The brainstorming session ensured that the group was able to discuss on different points and this helped the team to finalize the project which will be most beneficial for us. This thereby ensured that the team was able to complete the project on time and ensured proper completion of the project The project taught various important learning which will be very beneficial for us. The most important was the management of time and ability to mix with people belonging to different background. Since, the project involved time and the team had to complete the project on time it helped me learn the skills of time management. I also understood the importance of not having ego and being open to new ideas as it helps to ensure that the project is completed in the best manner. This project helped me to understand the importance of being able to mix with all type of people and solving the doubts that was present there. This helped me learn the importance of solving the problems at the point at which it happens so that the work is accomplished in the most efficient manner. This thereby helped to learn the manner in which the involvement of each member in important for the completion of the task. Further, it is important that the communication process is absolutely clear so that the team members know what is expected of them and helps to save time. I also learnt the importance of making regular checks to ensure that the work was on track and will be kept on the stated time. The project thereby provided different learning in different directions which will be of immense help in the future and ensure that all the problems faced in the future are dealt in an efficient manner. The project taught me different things which I can use in the future and next time as it will help me to improve the project better. The most important thing for me is the importance of proper planning. If given to work on a similar project nest time then I will look towards better planning and dividing the work among the members in a better way. This will also include better communication and looking towards removing the differences. This will help the team members to work together in a more coordinated manner and will thereby help to ensure that the work is completed in a better and effective manner within the stated time limit The paper thereby brings forward different areas that were learned during the project management report preparation. The paper highlights the different learning and the manner in which time was managed. Further, proper communication and solving the queries ensured that the team was able to work effectively which helped to complete the project on time. Further improvements in certain areas will improve the working of the project and ensure better results in the future due to the different learning gained during the completion of the project.
