Curtin University was initially established as a western Australian institute of technology (WAIT) in 1986. Notably, Curtin College is a private institution that endeavors to guide students to the second year at Curtin University, the largest university in Western Australia.

It was then made to be a university and named after the former widely revered and highly influential prime minister of Australia, John Curtin. The university strives to show values of leadership, vision, and community service. The university offers an innovative curriculum as well as world-class research. It has a dedication to serving the community. This report provides a promotional marketing campaign at Curtin College. Curtin College provides students with passage to Curtin University. The Target Market Curtin College targets students from the age of sixteen years to twenty-one years (16-21 years).

These are fresh graduates from high school. However, the college does not discriminate against age; it registers and allows students above 21 years to study at the institution. However, this report focuses on the target market and that is students between age 16 and 21 years. The university accommodates both male and female students. In order to make learning and studying more convenient for its students, the college offers accommodation services to all willing students. This is of much significance to the students as a good percentage of the student population is from foreign countries.

International students make up more than thirty percent of the student population. Most of the students are single, meaning that they do not have families. This enables the students to concentrate on their studies and hence score high grades.
