The paper "How Do We Measure Our Learning Growth in the Event of Learning" is a great example of a business assignment. This is a small piece of writing that enables students to document what they have learned over a period. It details their thoughts and insights concerning their learning experience. It motivates us to review and merge learning, assesses performance, and plan any learning in the future using the learning experiences of the past. This way, it prepares us to take control of our own learning and finally enable us to develop into independent learners. How do we measure our learning growth in the event of learning? Many scholars have come up with varied definitions. Halpern defines critical thinking as the application of cognitive skills or strategies that raises the probability of a better result.
According to Halpern a thought that is with purpose, reason and with an objective one that interests itself in providing a solution to the problems, coming up with inferences, reckoning likelihoods, and coming up with decisions in the event the thinker is using the dexterity that is effective and thoughtful for the meticulous context and kind of thinking chore. Critical thinking is at times referred to as directed thinking since it interests itself in the desired results. In view of Bolton’ s definition, critical thinking is the act of coming up with an analysis, reconsideration and developing questions on a wider field of topics.
This includes as the development of curriculum, matters of social justice, application of technology, politics, theories on learning, or matters of culture. However, on the other hand, reflective thinking according to other authors is a section of critical thinking that can be applied in words to connote sections that detail analysis and judgment making concerning what has taken place.
