Individuals no longer work and live in insular marketplaces; rather, they have become part of a worldwide and competitive economy. Because of, organizations and businesses diversity and use it to advance their different requirements. Therefore, civilization and the maximization of cultural workplace diversity are important to modern management (Aarons &Sawitzky, 2006). The management of cultural diversity is demanding by nature; however, it is an important learning mechanism, both for management and for the championing of a multicultural work environment. Managers and supervisors must be prepared to teach themselves and others the importance of cultural diversity, the benefits associated with cultural diversity, and the need to treat others with dignity.

Cultural diversity issues have grown in importance due to the importance of the future, which promises increasing population differences in many countries, including Australia. Organizations need to focus on cultural diversity offers the potential for competitive advantages and greater productivity (Rothmann & Cilliers, 2007). Valuing and managing cultural diversity is an appropriate human resource management strategy workplace productivity. By contrast, unmanaged cultural diversity might prevent from operating effectively. Therefore, cultural diversity is important in advancing the requirements of and organizations.

Extensive research has been done on workplace diversity; however, managers have thus far failed to effectively harness the benefits of cultural diversity in their workforces (Ahad Osman-Gani & Hyder, 2008). Cultural diversity, if capitalized effectively, can.
