The paper “Development of the Strategy to Help Robin Hood and Merrie Men to Overcome Their Communication Issues” is a meaningful example of the report on management. Initially, a small cohesive group selected based on relationship connections with Robin Hood, the numbers of the organization of Merrie Men are swelling beyond the initial concepts, as well as planning because of two critical reasons. In the first instance, Robin believes that tactical advantage against the Sheriff relates to numbers rather than the degree of commitment. Secondly, various new recruits are approaching the organization with a request to join with unclear motives. In this context, the growth of the enterprise has been organic, thus the creation of collegial relationships. The organization lacks a real formal structure. It is critical to note that Robin is the CEO of the organization with the rights and responsibilities of delegating necessary tasks to the group members known to him through personality.

According to the case information, the organization is now growing rapidly. In addition, the original cohesiveness is breaking down leading to unclear tasks, as well as difficult communication. Moreover, vigilance is in the decline, thus making discipline is difficult to enforce by the organization. The growth in numbers has been essential in the generation of concern in relation to the resource capacity of the forest and surrounding areas vital in offering support and service to the needs of the organization such as food, transportation, and weapons. It is critical to note that people in charge of the needs of the Merrie Men are unsure of what should undergo execution, as well as what their colleagues are executing on a daily basis.

The Merrie Men organization is recording a significant decline in the revenues since wealthy travelers are aware of the activities of those that reside in Sherwood Forest with reference to the robbery, vigilante behavior, and deforestation. In this context, such travelers no longer travel that way, thus the tendency of preferring to experience confiscation of their products or goods by taking a ‘short cut’ through the Sherwood Forest.
