The report will discuss the elements of online business as well as additional operational capabilities to an online fashion shop business. This online website will be implemented for an online working business of the fashion shop, selling and providing new information about cloths, shows, jewelry, shows, and other accessories. This new website based structure is aimed to enhance and augment the business performance. As we see the implementation of computer technology and automation in almost every field of life. For instance, our ways of living, doing business, shopping have changed and improved. Few years age we had to go to the markets for shopping. But at the present, we can do all these things from home using Internet. All these changes are happened due to augment in the computer and Internet technology. Now we have more rapid and effective means of information transmission. Electronic email can transfer our required data within few second from one location to other corner of world. By seeing this automation in activities of our life I have decided to implement a system that will completely automate the business of a fashion designer Company. This technology will provide us wide access to our targeted customers. The establishment of new e-commerce technology will augment overall business profit. This project is aimed to enhance the working and processing power of this online fashion shop business. After implementation of this system we will have an easier way of order processing and management of orders of customer regard the online fashion store. This project will provide the facility to attain higher profits in this new type of business that is offering better facilities regarding purchasing and viewing new fashion styles of cloths, shows, jewelry, shows, and other accessories. Part (A) Overview of the Business This section will describe the products and services that our business will offer in future. These services and products can be: Products New business of the online fashion shop is going to provide a new way of facilities that is about the availability of all the ladies and gents fashion products at the same place. Here we will deal in new fashion styles of cloths, shows, jewelry, shows, and other accessories. These will be available for online sale and we will update the fashion products on daily or weekly basis. Services The services of our business will include the information about the new fashion product. Here we will develop a fashion gallery that will offer the facility to view and select newly arrival fashion products. In this regard a customer would be able to view, visit, select and purchase the new fashion product. On this web site, we will also offer the facility of for the customer care. This will be done through establishment of an online call center. Business Scope This business will be an international business. Here we will take the customer information and deliver the product through the postal/courier services. These services are available in all the regions of world. Revenue Model Our business of online fashion shop will produce revenue through the direct products sales. Therefore our revenue model will be established on the “Direct Product Sales”. Target Market In this business we are mainly targeting the young generation and offering new fashion products regarding new dressing life style. In this scenario our main target market or mainly targeting to the youngsters. In demographic point of view we are targeting our business in all areas of life that are offering credit card based payment as well effective postal/corer services.
