In life, every individual has a choice and people live and act differently, everyone has an intuition that keeps them going ahead in their daily lives. Moving towards achieving one’s dream is not characterized by who you are and what you like; it involves a great deal of improving the surrounding environment and making it livelier. According to Malcolm Gladwell argument, on a person behavior is quite significant in real life situation, Gladwell is an all-time prolific author for real-life situational books and is the #1 seller across all the book stores in the globe. Malcolm is sensational for books that argues and describe personal relation among humans in real-life.According to one of his exclusive article “The power of context”, the author describes how humans behaves differently towards one another, he further goes ahead to describe bring out the real picture of where specific humans behaves in a way to suggest their origin. Humans should be ruled by the motto; your intrinsic manners spell out the type of life that you living. The author’s introductory paragraph captures the any interested reader, He does this by using some of his artistic sense of humor by throwing in the real picture about how humans cooperates and relates to one another, this captures the readers interest and keeps the reader wanting more. The author introduces the real dimensional setting of humans in real-life by giving out examples and facts that goes ahead to bring the picture of what the article is destined for. This allows the reader to deeply understand the drift of the article and encourages the reader to go ahead and exhaust what the article has to offer. This is illustrated by giving out the Goetz’s story and the four teen aged kids, this example is introduced by pointing out their full story, the author later on stresses out why the kids behaved along the illustrated example. Can an external force be applied in order to influence change among these people or they should just be left to realign themselves? The author gives out past statistics on how New York has had crime related activities taint the name of the State in the 80’s and 90’s regime. He goes further and illustrates that; the environments that individuals live in have great influence on how they behave and relate with others. What brings about the art of inclination among human beings? What makes individuals to be swayed away easily? Malcolm argues that; human beings copies their actions from one another, this happens once one individual begins the action. This can be attributed to the fare beaters story. (Gladwell, 153) The author of the article points out that grouppsychology led to the individuals practicing mob justice, this was as a result to doing something simply because someone else had to do it, hence this led to all the people that had paid going ahead to beating those that had not. On the contrary, the author points out that the reason for this was to solve the menace amicably and raise the blame on the victim without necessarily paying consideration on possible cause for the action. Gladwell spells out that the group psychology isn’t just about the mentality of people; it is due to the way people think a possible action needs to be affected on robbers or muggers. Gladwell gladly points out the theory of Broken windows and the ‘power of context’, , He puts out that the live of a criminal doesn’t revolve around criminal activities or any related act, it involves sensitivity and respect for fellow humans but due to the natural cause of actions, a criminal is always forced to act and behave that way due to lack of one thing or the other, he does this for survival purpose. The author states that; criminal plays their role in the society not because of their willingness to do so, but because of the societal set-up which forces them to behave in that manner. In contrast, the author reasons out that, this idea that these criminal uses are random and cannot be friendly to the fellow humans.In addition, the author uses the power of context theory to explain that, the action is brought by due to the social set-up. The author stipulates his ideas in a logical manner and postulates his logical organization of ideas which he uses to identify and bring out a point for one action or the other. He uses examples and facts and covers the entire story first then later on explains the logic behind the story. The author uses this in order to capture the reader’s attention in an attempt to make the reader get the gist of the story. The author uses the theme of sorrow and suffering, as illustrated in the Goetz story in order to bring innocence to the mind of the reader. The article used a lot of academic and real-life due to their sound and factual nature.Finally, most of the text that Gladwell wrote made complete sense and was logical.
