Diet Food and Low Calories Food Introduction Different communities have varying tastes and preference for the meal that accepted by many in that society as their favorite. With the increasing debate on the meal one, ought to take at particular time calls nutritionists for urgency in reviewing this matter. Most importantly, there are two primary classifications of meals, essential to an individual’s body. These are diet food and low calorie meals. The meal one takes is dependent on the needs of that individual. In times of illness, people are prescribed to a particular diet that gives them strength in their bodies to fight against diseases. With the increasing need to prefer a diet that is not only delicious, but of nutritional benefit, many people face challenges in understanding the theories connected with certain meals. Diet food and calorie food are an essential element of the diet that should not be neglected. Scope of the Research The research theme explores the world of diet. It examines diet food and low calorie food. In order to realize what is composed of these types of meals, there is a general theoretical overview of their definition and theoretical arguments regarding them. It also explores on their imports to an individual’s body and their relations to a sound lifestyle. A well-structured format that determines the calorie intake and their rate of conversion in individual body to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Methodology The operation of low calorie food varies with their intake activities. It is an efficient means of controlling calories while controlling hunger. Both qualitative and quantitative methodologies are applicable to determining the strength and the figure of calories one takes in a given point of the dimension. The parameters to ascertain the effectiveness of weight loss plan is limited by the number of calories lost and the effect on body loss. These values can be worked out and conclusion made from it. In addition, seeing the tone of the meal one prescribes for a patient is a significant component. With these phases of feeding, quality is more emphasized more than quantity. Challenges to Consumption Diet Food and Low Calorie Foods There are various challenges associated with consumption of diet food and low calorie food. Some of these challenges are at a personal level that include the availability of the recommended form of diet. The best diet recommended from a health practitioner may be unaffordable to the client leading to constraint. In addition, the substituted diet is in the form of sugars that pose a risk to the individual’s health. After they are consumed, the sugars as a substitute for fats cannot be consumed by the body in full to provide energy. The remaining sugar stored in the body is stored in the form of fats. Recommendations Even though these formulas have been successful for a number of people, there are other measures that should not be ignored. To facilitate the process of weight loss, frequent taking of water is essential. Furthermore, physical exercises help in ensuring that no fat is stored as the excess sugars are converted to provide energy to the body to facilitate the process of calories loss. Frequent and regular exercises encourage the body to lose the extra amount of energy that is not essential to individual bodies. It is also notable that fruits and vegetables are consumed in the right contents. These are sources of components that are used by the body in fighting against diseases[Col131].
