Insert Love in “Wuthering Heights” By Emily Bronte. Love in the novel Wuthering Heights has been defined indifferent love stories. In Heathcliff and Catherine love story it is defined as grand passion, Catherine says, “I am Heathcliff” (Brontë, Jack and Small) this shows the couples desire to be whole. This shows how more they need from each other. Their love is unquenchable and remorseless. What matters most is their love and to remain in love eternally, nothing else on this planet matters.

Catherine and Heathcliff are depicted as soul mates; Heathcliff calls Catherine in the story his soul. Love is used to create meaning in life, their urge to fight bareness led them being desperately inclined to each other. Catherine is not cheerful about this and advises her companion Nelly “.surely you and everyone have a thought” that there is, or ought to be, a presence of yours passed you. What was the utilization of my creation on the off chance that I was completely contained here?

My extraordinary agonies in this world have been Heathcliffs tragedies, and I watched and felt each from the earliest starting point; my awesome thought in living is he. Love is defined as intrinsic this has helped them rise beyond isolation by being made whole. This blending idea led Heathcliff to resolve and “absorb” his wife’s corpse into his to “dissolve” their inner self to achieve a great resemblance, which he says Edgar will hardly distinguish the two of them.Love is defined as a religion in Wuthering Heights it is seen as a protector against the eradication of personal identity and against the fear of death. Heathcliff says, "I have nearly attained my heaven, and that of others is altogether unvalued and uncovered by me!

Catherine in the novel is seen crying, "Heathcliff! I only wish us never to be parted" (Brontë, Jack and Small).Love is also defined as an addiction, Catherine, and Heathcliffs love exists as an addiction, none of them was to a thing without the other. They are fully attached and possibly one cannot exist without the other. Catherine describes their relationship "a source of little visible delight, but necessary" (Brontë, Jack and Small). With a love, addiction, in case of death of one partner the other may turn ill, may not eat for days and eventual weakness observed.

In the novel Hareton and Cathy love is defined as self-centered kind of love what matters is how they feel and what they need, they do not allow any interference from the outside. Hindley and Frances depict love as a matter of just couple. Cathy and Lintons love are described as puppy love while Isabella is described as having romantic kind of passion.
