If the condition is permanent, the nurse should counsel the couple on the way to remain comfortable in this condition. Since most victims develop an inferiority complex when they learn they are infertile, the nurse should encourage them and boost their confidence to regain the strength to accept their condition (Diamond, 1999). This will give the couple the courage to remain strong, avoid stress, and maintain intimacy within their marriage institutions.

            In Florida, a number of infertility counseling services are available to help infertile couples with this complex condition. The Fertility counseling Center of South Florida is one of the largest health facilities that deal with issues concerning marriages. The center was opened with the idea of taking care of the financial, social, and psychological needs of the couples that are faced with the condition of infertility (Fertility Counselling Center of South Florida, 2013).  Jacksonville is another organization that deals with infertility issues and supports infertile couples to appreciate their condition and remains intimate while living in this condition (Psychology Today, 2013).
