It is very important to utilise the capacities and capabilities of an employee in any organisation. Many of the organisations fail in the aspect of developing high performance at the work place. Thus, the ways to develop high performance is very important today. Many organisations struggle hard to increase the performance of the employees. The HR person is responsible for developing high performance in the organisation. The actual capacity of the employees is not being utilised. The management should try to change the situation in the near future by developing ways to improve the performance of the employees.

The paper ‘developing high performance working’ focuses on the ways to improve the performance of the employer in the organisation. It gives suggestions to the employer regarding how the performance of the employees can be developed through human resource practices. As far as developing high performance is concerned the introduction of performance management in the organisations can yield better results. The paper step by step discusses whether there is relaxation on the part of employees on work.

If so, the major reasons behind the compromise, possible solutions that can be adopted by the organisations to resolve the issue and a conclusion with some suggestions to improve the performance of the employees. The assignment asks to find out solutions to the possible human resource problem in an organisation and here it is developing high performance working. People in the organisations are not properly using their capacity to ensure maximum profitability to the organisation. Employee’s potential is not fully utilised by the organisation.
