"Intrinsic Motivation in Learning: Healthcare and Nursing" is a great example of a paper on care. One of the best strategies that can be employed to assess learning based upon the learner’s own definitions and/or objectives of healthcare and nursing is with regards to providing a means for the healthcare educator to integrate with his/her audience.  This can be done by attempting to seek stakeholder engagement with the key determinants of the learning process that they might wish to be covered.  Once a survey of this type is distributed, it is then the job of the healthcare educator to seek to tabulate these results and speak to the particular needs that have been elaborated upon by the students. This of course represents an alternative to traditional testing that oftentimes merely distracts subject matter and focuses the energy of stakeholders onto merely attempting to form well on a given task. An added benefit of this approach is the fact that the learner feels an active engagement with regards to the overall process that they would not experience if they were merely tested upon information that the educator/lecturer was attempting to integrate (Carnivale et al, 2012).

        Moreover, the lecturer/educator is able to infer that regardless of the particular talents or learning styles that many of the students may represent, the fact of the matter is that they are all young professionals and must be integrated with accordingly.

2. Develop a plan to accommodate the styles of each student.

Likewise, with regards to developing a plan that will speak to each of the three learning styles that have been noted, the need for the lecturer/educator to integrate with an exhibit a range of different approaches to the same subject matter is of vital importance (Singodan & Iksan, 2012). As the analysis noted, the audience has visual learners, kinesthetic learners, and auditory learners. Although auditory learners are the ones whose needs are almost invariably met, due to the overall popularity of integrating subject matter through the course of lectures, one cannot and should not discount the means by which kinesthetic learning and visual learning can be integrated into the program as a means of capturing a higher percentage of stakeholders understanding and support. Incorporating a degree of visual learning within the curriculum and subject matter may prove to be a challenge; however, it is easily done with demonstrations, audiovisual aids, and overhead projections – to name but a few (Katsioloudis & Fantz, 2011. The most challenging of these learning styles to integrate is of course the kinesthetic approach. However, this too can be integrated within the learning process by performing something as simple as breaking the students into groups and having the groups engage in kinesthetic activities that mirror the subject matter which is currently being related. This of course not only helps to save the lecturer’s time in demonstrating to each and every student, but it also allows the group members to become more familiar with one another and develop a bond of learning that helps to facilitate the entire process.
