In my opinion, managers ought to concentrate on the safety standard of employees at work place because, where there is a conducive working environment, we tend to develop positive attitude towards work and to our supervisors as well and consequently our cooperation with supervision will create a good teamwork that will lead to attainment of company goals and objectives Where our working environment is not favorable, we tend to resist changes in an organization because we are pessimistic towards working because we do not feel comfortable with our working environment and thus our emotions is low leading to small turnover to the company and as results, the management objectives will not be achieved due to poor cooperation the management have with workers. My opinion is that the managers ought to ascertain our working condition, consider our health and improves on the cooperation in order to initiate for any change. As employees, we appreciate an environment where managers are to close to us, executives who can hear our concern where we fill that our self esteem at work is low due to some unpleasant and unwanted circumstance inhibiting our target achievement and not a leader who is bureaucratic. The management in the current regime does not take into full concern of our emotion at workplace because executives do feel that, considering our emotion at work place is not part of the company objectives and consequently would obstruct with rationality but the fact is that sentiment strengthen and characterize the organizational customs and is deemed relevant in performance of corporations. If we strip the pretence of rationality from the company’s ambition, principle as well the objectives, an absolute outburst of feeling would be revealed from employees since we tend to keep this emotions to ourselves at work place, never to tell our supervision of what we feel. Therefore, if managers need to comprehend our attitude as employees towards work, they ought to understand our emotions as well. Emotion can either be inspiring or de-motivating but because performance is connected to feelings at place of work, managers should motivate employees in order to attaint maximum output. I feel that use of emotional intelligence would help sort out all this de-motivating factors brought about by emotion at place work but if executive become reluctant on this and just forecast on the company target, the we may tend to discourage mangers since we are all human beings just like a manager and we need to be understood as well. Some of the drivers for courage at work are the need to maintain the family as well to seek significance and exciting employment. This implies that as an individual, I will go for work that best suits my need either at work place or at family perception. .I will be advantage when I convey my spirituality at place of work since I will not feel separated from others and consequently my moral conduct will be enhanced as well as being strong and further consistent vision amid improved team spirit with my workmate. Executives should also consider managing employees anxiety through the employee assistant program. This is the program that is systematic, organized and provides continuance of advice, guidance and support, by the company, intended to assist workers and their family unit with difficulties emanating from job-related and exterior factors as well. Wellness at work is the fruit of employee assistant program and therefore I believe that where a company does not practice these measures, it will have difficulty in managing its work and employees as well and thus the manager will not be in a position to provide a well supplied service I believe also that, other than counseling employees and giving support to them, it is deemed relevant to also promote health both at the top level and lower level management since this will center on achieving fairness in employee’s wellbeing, minimizing the dissimilarity in health condition as well as upholding balance chance and resource to facilitate them realize their fullest wellbeing probable. Also individual need to be informed by way of campaign on the need and importance of checking the expiration date before taking or buying the drugs. If all this measures are both adhered to by the companies producing drugs and the public, then the personnel at the place of work will be improved since there is rare incidence of sickness as well as the management well be in a better position to understand the behavior of employees at work palace. I agree that globalization has brought many advantageous features such as economic integration as well as improved trading between nations but aspect of workforce as far as globalization is concern need to be put in place. Worldwide personnel means a global effort, collection of immigrant workers or those who are working with cosmopolitan companies and are linked through a worldwide coordination of networking and manufacture. But my conscience is clear that where there is inclusion of women, small minorities and the disable individual into the workplace, conventional obstacle will be eliminated, improved living standards of living this group will be upheld,there will be an open conduit of communication leading to actual chance for participative resolution- making accompanied with improved job satisfaction by all level of employees at work. When all this is envisaged, I know the outcome would improve the rate of production, worker will be satisfied with their position as well as there is improved communication between the subordinate staff and the upper level management hence every body in the organization will know what is expected of them. Organizational value in my judgment is a detailed constitution in the corporation which is embedded in principles, attitude as well as the hypothesis put in place by the management and thus each and every individual corporation have their own way of doing things and consequently, worker are mandated to observes the organization values as much as they bring their of personal values into the company. Also I find it prudent for a company to pay more attention on natural environment because I have seen many big multinational corporations take advantage of the environment in which they operates their business. The side effect is that global warming will increase and this would lead to reduction in the level of agricultural segment leading to decline in food and water as well extinction of wildlife. Other than environmental exposures, some of the corporate irresponsibility I still observe is where a company evade tax as well as the use of children as a from of labor in third world countries. This act is regarded as a corporate social irresponsibility on the side of managers since young children are just after money and it is the sole responsibility of the executives to ensure that children who are not at the age of adult in third world nation should upheld education, This is more important where a multinational corporation investing in the developing world. Tax avoidance in my option is a crime and the responsible executives found practicing this act should be fined and jailed because tax is deemed as the country’s major source of income and consequently, a nation will not be in a good position to finance some of it’s crucial projects such as hospitals, education and security. I believe corporate social responsibility solely relies on the directors and board member of the organization to decide on the best approach in which their business should be managed, how they are going to administer the effect of environmental exposures as well as giving back to the community. The Government should strive to ensure that all companies both locally and multinational ones adhered to rules and regulation set out under the corporation act. In my opinion, strict measures should be put in place to specifically ensure that employee’s in private companies are treated with fairness, their social rights, health as well as their working condition is up to the set standards by the government. I consider that The government must treat the national wellbeing of its citizen before the economic interest because where there is enhanced and peaceful environment, compassionate community would improve the wellbeing of individual and public at large .I suppose this would consequently lead to a busy and a working nation since the government is in control of everything and hence would lead to high returns as well as improved gross domestic product to the nation. If all this measures of managing and efficiently improving on the wellbeing of individual at work place are adopted by the corporation, I suppose that a high returns will be observed, government will earn more inform of tax and consequently improves on the national security, education standard along with enhanced hospital service. Employees as well will benefit by having an improved living standard due to good job, working environment and better safety standard provided by the company to cater for their health. I suppose that management do not merely entail good governance with charismatic leadership style or strict adherence to company goals and objectives as well as the guiding principle laid down by the company, but also management necessitate considering the wellbeing of individual at workplace. Managers need to ascertain factors like environment and safety around the place of work, employees’ emotions at work place as well as their healthiness if the management is to achieve its desired end results.
