The company has five thousand and six hundred exchanges, six hundred and seventy local as well as one hundred and twenty trunk processor units. In addition, the company has sixty data centers worldwide. This enables the company to meet telecommunication and other IT needs of its global clients. Both company’s household and corporate customers are connected with copper wire and fiber to its telephone exchanges. The values that have enabled the company to move forward boldly are trustworthiness, helpfulness, inspiration, conviction, and straightforwardness.

BT Global Service has many business partners namely; Microsoft, Oracle, Cisco Systems, Nortel Networks as well as the Intel. Some of the company’s customers are PepsiCo, Proctor and Gamble, Unilever, World Health Organization, United Nations, European Union, NATO, FIAT Group, Eni group, and Deutsche Post DHL. Other customers are pharmaceutical manufacturers, world-leading stock exchanges, leading brokers and banks.BT Global Service Company provide telecommunication and IT infrastructure to over ten thousand corporate organizations and government agencies all over the world.

The company’s IT infrastructure support key organizations such as the ministries of defense, banking, and pharmaceuticals; other customers are local and international businesses as well as large local and international organizations. Furthermore, the company provides IT infrastructure to over one thousand communication and IT providers in the United Kingdom. The company offers many services to its clients including broadband, email, domain and web-hosting services, telephony, mobile, and TV products and services, VOIP, networked IT services and online applications in over one hundred and seventy-two countries.
