In the requirement specification we need to interact with the organizational personnel for the requirements assessment and listing. Here we need to establish a strong link among on the whole organizational staff so that they can explain the main requirement in an easy way. This involves the issues regarding the requirements enlisting through any person. If the staff is not working properly with you or not cooperating then the assessment of the requirement is really difficult. Here we also need to choose a proper and effective requirements assessment tool. This involves the selection of the effective methods for the requirement assessment. Though the effective resolution of these issues we can develop a better system. Question no 7 Now I am going to recommend the better development methodology for the NCH system development. Here in this project development we will use agile project methodology for the planning and management of this project. Implementation of an Agile methodology for NCH project will provide the open and collaborative working environment and this will cause a better working and development environment (Berteig, 2006). Agile methodology for NCH project will amplify the Visibility which can be a reason of better system development and requirement implementation. Through the agile methodology implementation there is increased visibility and also it will increase the project people confidence to recognize each aspect of the project that is garnets the better system implementation (Mishkin, 2005).
