Educational boot camps are small units that are started off as a government initiative or as a form of social responsibility by many corporate so that they can train those students who are highly gifted but not privileged enough to go to institutions that provides such high education for these students. Czech Republic that is located in Central Europe is more of a landlocked country. There are approximately 1.3 billion citizens residing in this country (Collis and Hussey, 2003, pp. 112-113). The country has been encountered to have a large base of younger generation who do not possess even the basic education but have gifted skills and talents. In order to support such students there is a large number of educational boot camps that are operating in this region and also in nearby regions so that these gifted students are not deprived of getting the education that they deserve. The country has undertaken various measures so as to be a renowned nation in terms of human development and in today’s scenario the company stands amongst the 30 big nations who have adopted effective measures in order to achieve the goal of human development within its boundaries. As per the World Bank the country has been regarded to be a developed country in the year 2006. The main focus of the research study is to identify the potential sponsors who would be enthusiastic towards supporting such a noble cause and establishing some educational boot camps for these students. There are a large number of financers across the globe who tries to do something for the society and they are even few who take into account social responsibility in order to build their brand image in the market. It is very important for such social cause such as setting up an educational boot camp to get the right category of financers who can carry on such an initiative for a longer run and provide the required educational support to the less privileged students located in Czech Republic. The main motive of the research is to illustrate on what are educational boot camps and how they incorporate all the best measures that are provided by other well established institutions so that these less privileged students also gets the chance to develop their career in the best possible way. The research would even project the interest of various sponsors towards such educational boot camps and the extent to which they are willing to contribute so that such students can have a better future. This proposal is based on identification of a range of sponsor and also to record their opinions in relation to sponsoring such projects that are associated with such educational boot camps. Such an analysis would make it clear what the financiers feel towards such an initiative and whether this method of educating under privileged students would succeed in longer run. Aims and Objectives A research study depends on the aim of the study that is set forth by a researcher. The aim of the research defines the major motive behind the research. It sets the intentions of the researcher behind selecting the particular topic and what would be the probable outcomes that the researcher looking towards that would create value for the external environment as a whole. The research aim even defines the meaning of the research topic and relates to the problem that the researcher has identified in order to carry on with the research. The research problem that has been identified in this proposal is the changing mindset of the financers towards such educational boot camps. The problem can be further elaborated as such that there are still a large of section of society in Czech Republic comprising of students who are highly talented and possess the necessary skills compared to other students or children belonging to higher society but the only factor that separates this particular section from the rest is that they are not privileged enough to afford such higher courses so as to build their career. Majorly for this section of the society over the years there has been educational boot camps been established that could provide these student with the necessary education so that their talents and skills are not wasted. The main pillar for effective running of such boot camps is the financers who support such a social motive. The main aim of the research is to identify the various financers or rather to analyze and determine the various sources of finances towards such educational boot camps for those students in Czech Republic who are gifted but are less privileged. The research objectives are based on the aim of the research that has been formulated. The research objectives further illustrates on what is the actual content of the research or rather the outcomes that are being tried to analyze through this research. For a research study it is always not appropriate that all of the objectives that are set forth by the researcher is met but the main focus of the research should be on being aligned to the main objectives of the research that could give a more clear picture to the audience regarding the outcome of the research that is being conducted. The main objectives of this research study are: To define the concept of educational boot camps To analyze whether such educational boot camps has been a success over the years and what are the major benefits that students get in such camps To identify the actual need that is prevailing in regions of Czech Republic in terms of less privileged students towards such educational boot camps To identify which are the sources of finances that would be interested in such an initiative, reason behind their interest and to what extent or how much would they contribute towards these educational boot camps To derive at a conclusion for the research study identifying the possible sponsors and the help that can be generated in favour of educational boot camps in Czech Republic. Justification The research topic is very interesting as it is related with a major aspect in today’s globalized economy that is providing education to all so that every student can build a bright career. The education system is a major concern for all the countries and so the government takes the best possible initiative so that the basic education can be provided to all the children even if they belong to the less privileged community. This research study is based on a country that is developed but yet has a lot to do in terms of providing higher education to those students who are bright enough and have god gifted skills but do not possess the financial arm with the help of which they can opt for such higher education in some renowned institutions. In such a scenario where a country has potential talents but due to certain conditions these talents are misguided or are not given the opportunity to explore their talent, educational boot camps forms the platforms in order to enhance such talents (Gray, 2004, pp. 77-78). Educational boot camps has gained importance in the recent years because of a large number of students belonging to the less privileged sections are going in number. These camps specialize in certain aspects such as in a particular subject like software development, etc. where the students are imparted the necessary skills in that particular field and they are even given the opportunity of employment. This is very important aspect of conducting research as it would in identifying the various ways through which such boot camps function and provide the required support to the less privileged students. This study would help in identifying the various educational boot camps if they exist in Czech Republic and would even help in determining the potential sponsors who would want to contribute towards such an initiative. This study would gain importance in context of audience as it would help to analyze the opinions of the sponsors towards such an initiative of providing education to talented and skilled persons (Benda and Pallone, 2005, pp. 67-68). The main cause of carrying forward this research is to determine whether such educational boot camps have been a success over the years and such camps operates as a non-profit organization so it highly depends on the financers and this research would highlight the possible financers who contribute towards such projects. There is a great need for this research mainly because of social cause as there are a large section of the society who are deprived of such higher education and this study would help to portray the possible financers who can support such projects and even would help in determining the possible growth rate of such camps so as to motivate such sources of finances to be involved in such projects (Manning, 2004, pp. 120-121). This project is concerned towards developing countries such as Czech Republic so that there are lower unemployment levels in these regions and more less privileged sections has a scope of building their future and this report even deal with analyzing the opinion of various sponsors towards such objectives of educational boot camp. Methodology The research methodology describes the entire process and mechanisms that are undertaken by a researcher so that the desirable outcome of the research is obtained. The methodology to be adopted by a researcher completely depends on the nature of the research study. This particular research study would be based majorly on qualitative analysis of the data being collected. There are two forms of research methodology that is usually adopted by a researcher one is the quantitative research and the other is qualitative research. The quantitative research is more of objective form of research that is done on the basis of some statistical tests that are performed on some data collected from the market. The quantitative research is based on gathering data that are specific and can be generalized more as it is based on hypothesis testing with the help of appropriate statistical tools. This kind of quantitative research is done mainly through structured surveys in which sample size is chosen and then they are interviewed so as to derive at an outcome for the research problem. The other form of research is qualitative research which is more of descriptive research that is not based on any kind of numerical data but is rather based on opinions of individuals which is then analyzed by researchers. The qualitative research is based on more of subjective study and there is no such statistical tool that is used in this method of research study that can deliver more accurate results but it depends on the nature of the study as to which of the tools is best suited to derive the results. This research study is based on educational boot camps or rather to identify the various sources of finances that can contribute towards such educational boot camps. The nature of the study is such that the best possible method to capture the desirable outcomes for the study is through qualitative research. The research methodology would be based on two ways of data collection that is primary sources of data collection and secondary sources. The primary data collection is based on collecting data through surveys, interviews, etc. Whereas the secondary data collection method is based on analyzing data that is available in secondary sources such as magazines, journals, books, etc. This research would be based on some secondary mode of data collection such as through journals, websites, books, and even on some previous researches that has been conducted on this particular topic. The research study would even comprise of primary data collection method that would comprise of an unstructured interview comprising of 3-5 potential sponsors who would be willing to give some contributions towards such educational boot camps, and if they are interested towards such project then why they are interested and if they are not interested then why they are not interested (Keats, 2000, pp. 109-110). This interview would even comprise of gathering the opinions of such potential sponsor as to what would be the amount through which these sponsors would like to extend their help to such educational boot camps in order to help some highly talented but less privileged students residing in Czech Republic. Code of Ethics This section of the research proposal is very important as this encompasses the ways in which the researcher should behave so that the entire study yields the desirable outcome. This study is based on finding the most appropriate sources of finance that would help educational boot camps to survive across the globe and specifically for this study it is focused on the students who possess the necessary knowledge and intelligence in Czech Republic. This research is based on both the methods of data collection that is primary and secondary. The secondary data collection is linked with the existing research that has been taken place related to the topic but the primary data collection is most crucial in such research study. In such method of data collection it is very important that the researcher should not put across their thoughts or opinions but should be totally biased toward the topic of the research and the opinions that are put forward by people who are being surveyed or interviewed. The main code of ethics that should be followed in this research is to outline the actual data collected and not to incorporate any personal views that can violate the platform of conducting the research. The data that is collected through this research study should be more realistic and portray the actual scenario of the Czech Republic in terms of educational boot camps and even the opinions of various sponsors towards such initiative that is taken to provide more of expertise to the less privileged talented students of Czech Republic. In this study the ethics of the research would be maintained in terms that no data that is obtained from the website or through journals or books would not be violated for the benefit of the researcher so as to satisfy his or her thinking. The researcher would not be biased towards the secondary data that is being collected and put across all the elements that has been obtained through previous research. In the primary data collection the researcher would follow the code of ethics as there would be no involvement of the researcher in the interview that is to be conducted with three to four sponsors. The researcher would only be involved to the extent of recording the opinions that is given by the sponsors about such educational boot camps. The researcher would not force any of the respondents to give any such comment that is against their will and there would be no kind of biasness in the interview so that the outcome of the research is more accurate. Time-line The GANTT chart is usually implemented for a research study so as to allocate the total time into different slots of activities that would be required in carrying on the research. The research study is not only about framing objectives or gathering data so as to obtain a result but it is related to giving equal importance to all of the steps that are involved in data collection so that the entire procedure is conducted in the right manner. The main areas of this research study comprises of firstly identifying the research problem on basis of which the entire research would be conducted. The second part of the study is to formulate the research questions that is aligned to the aims and objectives of the research and on whose basis data collection and analysis would be carried on by the researcher. The next steps that would be done simultaneously are gathering more of background information related to the topic and focusing on the main objectives of the study. The next step of the process is to identify the appropriate tools for the study and then to allocate such tools to the proper phase of the research study. The next step which is the most crucial phase of the research study is analysis of the information that is collected through such research process. The final step is deriving at the results that the entire research process yield and outline some of the learning outcomes of the study. Education has become one of the most important areas of concern that is prevailing across many countries. There are countries that are highly developed but still lack a proper education system not only for the privileged ones but also for the less privileged ones. This area has been put across in this research proposal which even extends to determine the probable sources of finances that can come up with some monetary support for these educational boot camps. The major resources that is required for such research study is money, physical resources, time and people. Money is a primary concern for this research as more number of people needs to be accommodated mainly the sponsors in order to analyze their views in respect of contributing towards such educational boot camps. This resource would be needed right from the framing of the proposal to successfully determining the results of the research which could be generalized and such sponsors can be motivated more towards contributed in such education projects for the less privileged students. The second most important resource that needs to be employed in such research is physical resources that are put forth by the researcher. The physical resources comprises of energy level, attitude, enthusiasm, dedicated and mental stability that is given by a researcher to carry forward a research. In this study all these aspects of physical resources are very essential as the study may take a longer period of time in regards of the gathering the sponsors and then encouraging them towards giving their opinions in relation to the study. The research study demand high degree of energy level as much of research has not been conducted in this specific topic and so the researcher needs to be optimistic that the desirable outcomes can be achieved through the research study. The other type of resource that is needed in the research is people. The research study is majorly based on primary research that is carried through unstructured interviews that is conducted on some sponsors so as to gather their views regarding the research problem and determine more sources of finances that can be helpful towards such educational boot camps. It requires support of these people so that desirable outcome can be achieved. The last resource that is very much essential in this study is time. The average time that would be needed for successful completion of the research study would be of 10 weeks and each of the weeks would be allocated for some specific task that would contribute towards designing the research and even to obtain the results. The time as a resource is very much important that should be properly dedicated by the researcher towards their work so that the research can highlight a generalized result which would be beneficial for the society as a whole. Conclusion Czech Republic is considered as one of the developed countries but it still lacks in providing the best of education to those students who do not have the ability to study in good institutions because of high cost though they may possess exceptional talents. This research proposal is designed to throw light on the concept of education boot camps that has emerged mainly because of such less privileged students. These camps imparts upon the students the necessary expertise on basis of which they can move towards getting good employment and securing their future. These educational boot camps requires proper financing either undertaken by government, or some NGO’s or even some financers or sponsors who deliberately participate to encourage education in lives of less privileged students who has the intelligence and willingness towards developing a good future.
