MEMO Kama Simonds Informative Interview with a Business Owner Introduction The collection of data can be achieved through several ways and by the use of different instruments. One of these is the use of an interview, which may also be used in a number of ways (Burgess, 2008). For the present study, a face to face interview was undertaken. The major aim of carrying out this face to face interview was to learn at first hand, some of the major importance that comes with utilizing business communication elements available to the company.

Some of the major findings and a brief discussion on them have been presented below. Findings and Discussion Through the interview, four major merits of the business communication elements of the company were outlined. The first has to do with the fact that these business communication elements aids in the overall management of his company in a more efficient manner. This means that he is able to communicate well for the rightful use of little resources available in getting tasks accomplished (Business Ball, 2012).

Secondly, organization and orderliness becomes achieved as instructions are issued out in a clear and articulate manner with much follow up to ensure that they are followed. What is more, it helps in the establishment of a cordial rapport with all partners who have a hand in the running of the company. Finally, it was realized that healthy relationship with employees is promoted and this ensures that all forms of organizational conflicts are eliminated. Conclusion To conclude, a critical reflection that can be made to the study is that the face to face interview conducted served as an effective platform for collecting primary data that could be trusted as authentic, original and unadulterated.

One other importance that was derived from the face to face interview is the fact that it helps in collecting qualitative data, whereby the interviewee is presented with the opportunity to expressing his opinions without having to stick to specified answers.
