Budget and the associated stages and processes surrounding are of the utmost importance and value to companies all over the world. From the validity of detailed assumptions to using budgets as an analytic tool or to reducing operational inefficiencies -- budgets play an extremely important role in determining the success of an organization.

Workplace bullying and harassment have been an important topic of research in industrialized societies since the 1980s (Einarson & Matheison, 2004; Giga & Hoel, 2004).
