For instance, being a business manager is a guarantee of additional responsibilities for the position. Personally, I consider it a great feeling when people trust my judgment in making crucial decisions that are detrimental to the continued success of the company. As a manager, I will be responsible for handling employee schedules, budgeting, and ordering supplies. I believe that the responsibilities will give me a sense of belonging to the company thereby enabling me to put my best foot forward in ensuring the success of the business. The other responsibilities associated with the position include ensuring that we recruit the right talents that will contribute towards improving the business. In essence, the position of a business manager will instil the sense of responsibility that will compel me to work hard towards making the right decisions in the firm. Since I have always dreamt of handling several duties, I believe that this is the perfect position for me. Besides having to deal with the huge responsibilities associated with a business manager, I am confident that being a business leader will transform my job into a career. As a manager, I am confident that I will develop my career into a general manager thereby having to handle more responsibilities. I also believe that the management skills gained from experience will be applicable in any other setting. The position will grant me relevant management skills to manage teams and make other strategic decisions in almost any business field. I also love the graduate-level management job because of its practicality aspect. Apparently, skills gained from a business management course are relevant and applicable to all businesses. Finally, I love the business management job because it enables a professional to focus in a particular area. For instance, one can decide to specialise in risk, financial, human resource, or administration aspects. Specialising in a business area is detrimental towards developing the career of a professional.
