Khadija, Daughter of Khuwaylid, Wife of Prophet Muhammad Khadija, Daughter of Khuwaylid, Wife of Prophet Muhammad. The main figure of my research paper is an incredible woman Khadija, Daughter of Khuwaylid, Wife of Prophet Muhammad. This work contains the main facts from her life. Her character, views and personal beliefs are depicted through paper. Who was this lady? What did she do for the society? What was she famous for? What was her life credo and why it was so important? What was her surrounding? Why her family life was under a huge importance? These are the list of main questions which are aroused through the paper. Also a comparison between modern education and those days education is mentioned. Moreover, the question why exactly this lady is the main grandee of my work is existed here. There are included the survey of literature based on a life and personal characteristics of Khadija, Daughter of Khuwaylid, Wife of Prophet Muhammad. The paper ends with my conclusion and inference. Keywords: morality, Muslim, religion. The world history contains a big number of exemplars which denote charming, beautiful, strong and clever women at the same time. Still, the one I am going talk about is definitely unique and inimitable. This lady alternated history, and was a really bright figure in world-changing events. She was the one who pretended to be glorious and strong, the one who brought up more than ten children, and the one who believed in her men and inspired him. Khadija bint Khuwaylid was her name and there was no Arabian who did not know her person. Khadija was born about 555 A.D. The date denotes fifteen years before the Abyssinian ruler of Yemen, Abraha. She was born in Makka. Her father was a Khuwaylid ibn Asad. He belonged to Qurayshi tribe and was one of the most honored members of this tribe. His point of view was extremely important to the people who lived in that land. And her mother’s name was Fatima bind Zaida. She had family connection with ancestors Luayy and Abdi Manaf (Haylamaz, 2007). So Khadija grew up in a rich, authoritative family, the noble one. Her childhood was full of happiness and carefree as she had everything she wanted. Still, her upbringing was held in a proper way. This led to her being a good person with a kind heart. Her parents passed away when she was rather young. Her mother died around 575 A.D. and father died around 585 A.D. After their father’s death children had started to induce the division of his riches (Razwy, 1990). They inherited a big fortune and had a right to dispose it. This very time was then Khadija understood the ambivalent character of money and wealth. This understanding was subconscious but it not led her to become a loafer (Razwy, 1990). She acquired a great feature of character from her father. She had got a fortune to enrich her achievements. Among all Khuwaylid’s children she was the one who had the best features of character from his father. What is more, she made her own fortune during her live. After his father death she had got a part of their family business. She rapidly aggrandized it. That dealt with treading and was very prosperous. And with the benefits she had Khadija started to help poor people, children without parents, and sick people with physical disabilities. She took indigent girls and married them on men which could give them good quality of life. Moreover Khadija provided these girls with trousseau. That was very important in those days. This woman was well known because of her marriage with Prophet Muhammad. But this was not her first husband. Before making family with Muhammad she had been married twice. And Khadija had 4 children, two of them from the first man and the other two was from the second (Haylamaz, 2007). She bestowed her olive branches with a big love and attention. Generally she had attracted attention of a big number of rich, influential and handsome men. She came across diligent and careful regard from the men’s side. And it was not a surprise as Khadija bint Khuwaylid a beautiful woman with a pleasant appearance and smart mind. Moreover, she had kind heart and good education together with money and prosperity. She had got a great number of proposals to become a wife. But this men’s intention were mostly rejected. She spent a big number of days while waiting an ideal man for her. And at least she had found him. There was a fact that Khadija had one close friend, a lady of Makka whose name was Nafisa (or Nufaysa), she was the daughter of Munyah. This lady was extremely disturbed by the amount of rejections, which Khadija made. When she had got to know that one man who had captivated Khadija’s heart was existed. She wanted to get married to one with high moral principle, to one with huge heart and to one with light soul. It was the only man she admired. And his name was Muhammad (Razwy, 1990). He was not reach enough to get married, moreover he could neo even dream that such a prosperous lady wanted to become his wife. That is why Khadija’s friend Nafisa decided to help with the creation of this ideal couple. She came to Muhammad and made him a suggestion to get married with Khadija bint Khuwaylid. This proposal seemed to be good for Prophet Muhammad (Razwy, 1990). Even Khadija understood that he never came to her by himself because of her richness and wealth. So, she did it by herself. Their marriage was full of God blessing and joy of surroundings. This two people were fall in love with each other. This couple was laid both in the earth and in Heaven. Khadija was never happier before than in the day of marriage with Muhammad. After the marriage Muhammad introduced Islam to Khadija. He explained its meaning and aim, acquainted her with the vision of Allah who was the central figure in Islam system. He showed her how to pray, propose the process of ablutions and saying thank after it. He involved her in the world of religion and she was admired it. She believed in her man and wanted to follow him. She was confided in his religion and in his vaticinations and predictions. His seeing was sacral for her and she perceived it like a blessing. She pretended to be the first Muslim and a woman who believed in Allah next to her husband. She had got a credo after taking Muslim. She said “Verily, my Lord hath guided me to a way what is straight, - the path (trod) by Abraham the true in Faith, and he (certainly) joined not Gods with Allah” argued Razwy (1990). Khadija lived due to this rule all her life. She loved his husband gently and faithfully. Very soon she recognized his full moral and spiritual superiority. She managed not only surrounded him by care and attention but also became a real friend, better to say the only friend who could fully understood him and share with him all good and sad days during his life. Khadija was able to support and encouraged him in every hard moment. They had six children and were very happy together. Some of their children died in early childhood, some of them became alive to the commencement of his prophetic mission, take Muslim religion and moved from Mecca to Medina (Haylamaz, 2007). Khadija died from fever on the tenth of Ramadan of the tenth year of the proclamation of Islam and was buried in Hujun above Makka (Razwy, 1990). Her husband Muhammad was full of calamity because of her death. His heart was crying. He proclaimed year of sorrow because she went to eternity. They were two related souls and death divided them. She was the only his wife when she was alive. He even did not want others. Only after her passing away he found other wives. Moreover, he repeatedly mentioned her in his further life. One of his wives told that she never made jealous to any women so much as to Khadija, who was not even alive (Haylamaz, 2007). So, this woman made a great role in his life. He admired her and appreciated as anyone in the Earth. I choose Khadija bint Khuwaylid because of her wisdom, patience and reliance. That woman gave credence to herself, to her husband and to all humanity. Her strong convictions and desire to obtain a worthy life promote her to deserve honor and recognition. That is why I want to explore existent peculiarities of this exact woman. She could serve a business, educate children, be an object of strong admire of men, give a helping hand to unfortunate people, be a smart and beautiful woman, be a great friend and companion, and inspire beloved man. She had a big right to be a contender on delight and honor of all humanity. This lady with a perfect soul rayed light and kindness to this world. She could be an example of precious sincerity and conceived as an open-hearted person. She had money and admire but moral issues were of a big magnitude for her. Khadija bint Khuwaylid teaches me to be genuine and follow my heart due to all my inceptions. Individualities like her are arisen in our history to show today’s materialistic society that moral principles are our basis and we should keep them and have a belief and hope for better. Everyone can learn from her how to find a balance in your life and to live in harmony with the world. Some humane dogmas are to be changed while investigating her personality. This was a six century A.D. Education was based on religion mostly. People only started to enter some educational centers. Muslim learning centers began to appear after proclaiming Muslim religion. Unfortunately, Khadija did not become alive to this time. But she tried to make some groundings and prerequisites to it. Nowadays educational system is highly improved and designed. Everyone has an opportunity to study and to develop his/her brain computer. There are a lot of investigations and researchers due to this topic. Of course, if to compare contemporary level of education and dawns of its discovering there is an extreme difference. Now we have an opportunity to know everything, people in six century could have an opportunity to start open this world. Still, even in the 6 century wise and sage people were existed. And exactly these people led our world to evolution and development. This confidently may seemed one of the most dynamic and vital persons in Islamic history. She helped to change the history of Arabian people and imbued confidence and grace to a high amount of people that is why I choose her to my project. Living in hard times she was able to make her life worthy for respect and honor. Although, she just tried to live due to the moral convictions and spiritual basis. Reference list: Haylamaz, R.
