Strategic planning is conducted at different levels of the organization. The strategies adopted by Jamba Juice, which is implemented focuses over the health or natural food stores that provides products to active young professional.

The main focus of Jamba Juice was on corporate strategies under which the company adopted concentration strategy. It has also adopted diversification and international strategies for promoting its business in international market. For implementing the corporate strategy feedback from main leadership and employees from each level of the organization should be considered (Bryson & Alston, 2004). If Jamba Juice wants to increase its profit level at corporate level, then it should develop strategic plans for each unit for enhancing the profits.

If the communication skill of employees is revamp for increasing the customer interaction, then feedback can be taken from front line employees regarding the response of the customer. While implementing the concentration strategy, Jamba Juice needs to focus on its primary line of Juice business, and could search for different ways to achieve the growth. In order to achieve the growth it can open its outlets at new locations by adding new products which are healthy for the customers. For promoting its product Jamba Juice can offer different discounts and coupons to the customer who buys more than 5 products ((Hill & Jones, 2012).

Through diversification strategy the company can bring modifications in its existing products in order to obtain the potential market share. For implementing the diversification strategy Jamba Juice can adopt demographic and price diversification. While considering diversification wide differences that are based on ethnic differences like gender, location and age should be considered. In case of Jamba Juice its sales can be increased in among the young people, who are health conscious and between the age group of 21-30.

Places where the temperature is high can lead to boost in sales. For enhancing the sales the prices of each product can be diversified. The company can adopt the cost competitive price for expecting the high demand for its products by setting the low price of various products. Through diversification strategy Jamba Juice can diversify its product line by adding Coffee products, opening Health Bars, Catering Services, and offering frozen fruits, and set prices according to the demand of these products in the market in order to increase the sales (Bryson & Alston, 2004).

For implementing the international strategy in the overseas market it is significant that Jamba Juice must conduct the research in order to know the taste and preferences of the customers (Hill & Jones, 2012). While implementing the international strategy Jamba Juice must concentrate on the stable and efficient supply chain in order to keep the products fresh. By providing quality products in international market growth can be increased along with the faith of the customers. By implementing these three strategies the company can experience the growth in the domestic as well as in international market and can easily attract large number of customers.
