This establishment, from the Scientific Administration perspective, lay on logically or scientifically planned associations described via precisely created leadership hierarchies and proficient division of labor. Application in the organization Sims company has a director in charge of three chiefs, who thus each direct a group of specialists.

Moreover, the Scientific Management viewpoint is illustrated when the directors ought to choose employment assignments without laborer information. According to Sim’ s management policies, administrators ought to be dependable for the work plan and for organizing their groups for most extreme productivity. Not just does Sims have progressive systems and levels of leadership, additionally the exchange of force is administered by tenets and regulations like those proposed by Taylor (Miller, 2014). The Hawthorne findings comprehended the individual employees as the key to the general creation process through proper communication (Turkalj and Fosić, 2013).   Application in the organization It is not only the scientific theory of management applicable in Sims but also a significant part of the reasoning produced from the Hawthorne findings advocated by one of the Human Behavior scholars.

For example, Sims is structured in a way that exhibits the human relation findings. Directors and various section heads make decisions with cooperation from their subordinates (Dennis, 2012).
