Other key principles include principle 5, that stipulates that organizations should identify compliance obligations and the way in which they affect the operation of the firm. A key compliance area within this principle is that an organization should comply with compliance obligations as set out by the common law, treaties or protocols, state statures and permits of licenses.
Principle 11 is also a key rule specifying that organizations should demonstrate that the compliance programs comply with documentation procedures.
