The largest numbers of consumers have the monthly bill of $50 and they are 9 out of 150 respondents. Out of 150 people who responded to the survey the medium monthly for the smart phone users is $63. The Achievers group is the young and ambitious young people and middle-aged family and they have the highest percentage of monthly bills because they are still curious and have strong desire to discover new things. Also being the young families a lot of things are needed to be done by them, for instance, children's school fees, paying medical bills, building homes, and over excitement to discover new ideas and learn more, etc. Independents are the young singles and couples; they are mainly school student most of whom are studying full time or part time. Suburban Splendors is the middle-aged families who have dependents, and they have computers, play game on the computer (computer game), watch videos, etc. The percentage of monthly bills in this category followed that of achievers since from a young family come a middle-aged family and lastly to mature and old aged family. They are loaded with high rent bills and spending a lot on credit cards. Independents category has great eager to go for musical concerts, watch movies, play games and this contributes to high monthly bills on smart phones uses. The majority of people of people who do not own the tablets are the young and dependent (mainly children at lower levels of studying). It is because Music, Video and Movies take most of the people’s time especially during leisure and this very prevalent among the youth who are still having much eager to explore new ideas and socialism. Games are preferred by the category such as the youth because the elders prefer reading news and doing something productive. In this case, customer satisfaction can be defined as the percentage of gender that are reported to have good experience in using the Smartphone and have happiness in using them to get whatever they want to do with the smart phones. In this percentage analysis of the level of satisfaction of 150 males and female, can convey the good information to the company supplying and the sellers of smartphones. From the analysis the percentage of male who are very satisfied is 37.5 and percentage of the very satisfied female are 25.6; therefore the level of very satisfaction is high among male than among female. The percentage of male who are moderately satisfied is 30.6 and percentage of moderate satisfaction among female are 43.6 meaning a significant difference in the level of satisfaction among the genders. The percentage of very dissatisfaction in the male is 18.1, in the female are 19.2, and still in this male have the low level of low level of dissatisfaction than the female. The general level of satisfaction from the sample of 150 customers, among male is 18 percent and 13.3 percent among female. Therefore, from the analysis a lot is needed to be done to improve the level of satisfaction among female customers. Having hope in consumer satisfaction is a useful indicator of prediction the level of performance required in the production of a given product. Consumers always have different expectations to have enough pleasures from a given product when they have desire to purchase and use it. Among other expected desires of consumers especially about the Smartphone are the operating speeds when it comes to Internet use, the quality, the cost, durability, etc. The performances of the product also need to be put in consideration by the producers to capture the demand of the consumers. From the overall analysis of satisfaction levels in gender, it is necessary to consider the percentage of customer satisfaction as the primary indicator of which the business is supposed to base on. In the industry that competition is high, the customers, and the level of customer satisfaction is the key separator of a company from another. The age group 1 (15 - 25), their total monthly bill is low because at this age the majority of the users are still dependent and are not fully working to earn their money. At the age group 2 (26 – 35) years, the monthly bills increased because at this age most of the people are now working, and they earn some real money. Also themed to look for more information using the Smartphone is high since they are young and dynamic, having a lot of eager to discover new ideas from different places online. At age group 3 (36 – 45 years), there are the highest monthly bills for Smartphone use because this is the stage where many people have to stabilize their families, has dependents, pay school fees, etc. They are fully employed with a reasonably good salary that can sustain most of their needs. At age 4 (46 – 55 years), the level of monthly bills in Smartphone use reduces because they are aging and they do not need a lot on Smartphone since most of them have the television sets for access some informatics they need, for example, news, etc. At age 5 (56 – 65 years) most people do not have much interest in the Smartphone because most of them are grandfathers and grandmothers. Smartphone use by three different geotribe was selected for analysis and come with various ideas as it was done in reply to Sam Edmondson’s email. 1. From the question, you raised about consumers monthly bills it was found that every consumer spend an average of $67.65 on his or her Smartphone. Yes, there is a difference in monthly spending the three different geo Tribes (i.e. Achievers, Independents, and Suburban Splendors). From the analysis it was found that Achievers was the leading Smartphone users and have the monthly bill of $1999, Suburban Splendors in second position after Achievers with the monthly bill of $1940, and lastly Independent having the monthly bill of $1747. This difference in monthly shows how demanding smartphones are for the different geotribes. 3. Yes, users who have tablets have more spending on their phones per month than users who do not have. From the analysis, it was found that consumers who own tablet spend $7562, and users who have no tablets pay $2585 monthly. Comparing these monthly bill figures shows that owners of tablets spent almost three times the non-tablet owners 4 The most frequently downloaded entertainment contents are games and music, video and movies and the least is another entertainment content. The most frequently downloaded entertainment contents are more preferred by the majority because of the level of socialism in these show contents. 5 a) Consumers are satisfied with their current smartphones plans because the levels of usage of downloads are high, and this is improving the social well being of the consumers. The most prevalent levels of satisfactions are moderately satisfied or very satisfied among males and female. b) Looking at the percentage of satisfaction among males and females, it shows that male are more satisfied with the entertainment plan than females. It is because the level of leisure preference among women is more than that among men. 6 b) SMSs, Data Allowance, and number of Calls provide the explanations for the variation in monthly phone bills between the consumers. Out of the three, numbers of calls take the highest phone monthly bills of $3853meaning that the number of calls is the most important factor because phone calls are the communication way that is more fast and effective in achieving good results in contact. Conclusion In the analysis of the customer of the response of the customer towards the data analyzed in the email, it was found that Achievers spend more money on their smartphones, followed by Suburban Splendors and lastly Independent. They spend more money on downloading games and music, video and movies since this is among the favourite entertainment content by the majority of people. Customers are satisfied with the Smartphone plan and males being more satisfied than females. The age group having the highest percentage of the monthly bill for Smartphone use is 36 to 45 years.
