PEST analysis Several issues and factors can affect and conclude the environment of an organization. PEST analysis is the macro-environment framework and widely used tool to recognize the impact of external factors towards the growth of the organization. It can help to analyze the political, economic, socio-cultural and technological factors that can affect the organization (pride and Ferrell, 2011, p.42).
