Developments in MRI technology have only added to increased application of MRI as a diagnostic tool across all kinds of patient populations. A vast majority of MRI examinations pass off without any untoward incident to the patients.

In order to get a better understanding of various aspect of leadership and roles of managers in a healthcare institution, I held an interview with Patrick O’Day, the program manager, Healthcare Systems Services at GE Healthcare. The purpose of the interview is to provide demographic information about him, his role and description of healthcare program that he manages.

The phrase “a pill for every ill” has emerged in popular culture as a response to the proliferation of pharmaceuticals that address everything from shyness to obesity.
