Another external factor that made Robin Hood’ s strategic change wise is the inter-organization differences. According to Button (2009), the strategy has theories that embody specific explanations of why Robin Hood or rather the organization differed in terms of their performance. A practical example of the inter-organizational difference that Robin Hood might have realized before changing his strategy was the market imperfections such as information asymmetries whereby only a few organizations could access crucial knowledge or information. On the other hand, Robin Hood might have been influenced by internal factors such as inefficiency in the internal management of the organization.

We understand that Robin Hood’ s organization is still tender and thus prone to conflicts since they are still trying different management approaches. The other internal factor that warrants his decision could be because of a lack of strong long and short term organizational objectives.   Question three.   Factors to consider while helping Robin Hood revise his strategy A crucial aspect to put into consideration is the components that are directly related to his organization.

To begin with, Robin Hood ought to understand that marketing strategy has one key element---sufficiently addressing the needs of his organization in the market place. The other factor that needs to be put into consideration is the direction. When building a strategy for an organization, a critical examination of the strength and weaknesses of this organization should be given priority. On a similar note, what such strategies will accomplish for the organization also needs to be spelled out clearly. While revising the strategy, Robin Hood ought to understand that promotion is another key strategy that dictates the stability of an organization.

He needs to revise and in so doing strategize how he is going to get his product into the hands of the intended customers. For instance, Robin Hood will be advised that some organizations opt to engage middlemen and others deal with customers directly. Lastly, the strategy will have to be revised according to the prevailing environmental factors at the time Robin Hood intends to do so.

Environmental factors such as government licensing, restrictions and price controls also collide with strategies organizations have put to help them succeed. Therefore it will be necessary if Robin Hood revises his strategies after analyzing these aspects.
