Each day, the company aims at creating moments of possibilities and happiness by employing talented individuals who will be ready to accomplish the results. The company’s headquarter is Northern Sydney and it has a workforce of 4,000 employees in Australia (CCA 2016, p. 2). The marketing manager would be an individual with an experience of around 17 years with the capacity to develop successful brand strategies that are consumer driven, communications, and NPD plans. The person should have developed his/her career in marketing roles within Coca-Cola South Pacific and Coca Cola Amatil.
