The CCA (Coca Cola Amatil) focuses on ensuring that the customers are supplied with excellent outcomes. Each day, the company aims at creating moments of possibilities and happiness by employing talented individuals who will be ready to accomplish the results.

The companies headquarter is in Northern Sydney and it has a workforce of 4,000 employees in Australia (CCA 2016, p. 2). The marketing manager would be an individual with experience of around 17 years with the capacity to develop successful brand strategies that are consumer-driven, communications, and NPD plans. The person should have developed his/her career in marketing roles within Coca-Cola South Pacific and Coca Cola Amatil. The individual would be required to develop innovative and strategic plans to ensure the delivery of annual revenue and volume target for the favorite brands of beverages in Australia including Fanta, Coke, Sprite, Mountain Franklin Lightly Sparkling, Mount Franklin, Coke drink, and Kirk and Deep Spring (Senker & Foy 2012, p.

6). Company’ s Culture The company highly values all its employees and customers and achieves this by embracing their culture. The company acknowledges that developing a culture that embraces the celebration of unique differences ensure that the company is benefiting from the diverse knowledge, creativity, innovation, and experience of its employees (Zelevansky 2013, p. 5). These attributes ensure that the company is operating as well as succeeding in various communities and markets.

Having embraced diversity, the company gains the capacity to embrace every employee irrespective of his/her cultural background. The company’ s culture with thus positively help in the process of recruitment, selection, and induction.
