The business will be based at UAE because of the potential that the [place offers to an airline company such as flamingo airlines. Consequently the business will be classified in the service industry being involved in the transport sector. Flaming Airline Logo The company targets any person who is in need of transportation. In addition, the company offers transportation of goods as long as they are legal goods. In detail, the company is interested in people who are travelling be it commuting to their businesses or working places, to visit family and relatives or people taking vacations as tourists ( University of Washington Bothell, 2014). The business also will be interested in transporting of goods such as gifts, letters, and tangible commodities for trade such as agricultural products as well as processed and manufactured goods. Vision Flamingo Airlines Company is a business that envisages efficient and fast international transportation of people and goods that will be characterized by comfort and safety. The company is dedicated to providing internationally accepted standards of services for its clients through current gadgets and well trained and equipped human resource. The company also aims at creating many branches globally and also locally in order to be internationally competitive. The company’s vision is to be a customer oriented institution being driven by customer preference and satisfaction. Mission Flamingo Airlines Company exists as a business entity that provides more than transport through innovation that the world has never experienced in any other transport company. The business is set to enhance fast transit of human resource as well as goods in an aim to connect economies, families and cultures. The company hosts the most recent transport machinery and well trained expertise that are at the customers’ disposal. The accountability will ensure that the company has a pure image in the eyes of potential investors both at the local market and the international scene. The airline is opposed to corruption within its walls and also with its business activities outside its premises. Passion is also another core value that attributes to the flamingo airlines company. The company is committed to its duties in the provision of services to the esteemed customers. The research will be carried out in the first month before the commencement of the business operations and a month after the business operations have commenced. The business objective is to achieve the goal in the second business year after the commencement of its operations. The coercion is expected to be costly however, it is worth all the trouble considering it is the CEO we are recruiting. An appointed board member wills transverse the world doing shadow diplomacy to successful CEO in a bid to poach them into the company. The recruitment of technicians is less costly as it is done by a competent team from the company. The selection cuts coasts and is done from the local market. Application procedure The company will advertise a job vacancy in the press and in the media and it is after that the person will be eligible to apply for a particular job opportunity. The application should follow the laid down requirements. The requirements include the right avenues such as submission of application documents via the internet or physical submission to the company’s offices. The application should be made within the exact time frame denoted in the advert of the job vacancy. The applicant should also be qualified in the field that is advertised. Applicants who qualify should meet the desired requirements. The interview invitation will be issued by the human resource department to qualified applicants. The interview committee will comprise of a team selected from relevant departments as per the advertised position. The committee will then be chaired by a team from the HR department. The actual selection decision will be preceded by the interview. The decision made of the best applicant to attain the advertised job vacancy will be courtesy of the panel that is responsible of conducting the interview. The other process that will follow the pilot test or be used as substitute of the later will be a research of the same methods and the results that have been derived from them.
