This package entirely focuses on improving the communication skills and looks towards including different things which will help to gain overall efficiency. This will thereby help the students and the other audience to understand the different per-requirements of communication skills and will look towards both training and learning methodology to impart the required knowledge. The present session will continue for over an hour and will look towards providing the required skills which helps to improve the overall quality of knowledge regarding communication. Learning Objectives The different learning objectives which can be achieved from the training package is as Help the audience to understand the different aspects of communication like tone, voice modulation, body language and others and their relevance in the communication process Provide an opportunity to the targeted audience to ensure both practical and theoretical knowledge of the different aspect and requirements of good communication skills Location The training session will be provided both in the classroom where using the aid of different visuals and movements the audience will be made to understand the manner in which body language influences communication. In addition to it training and practical examples will be conducted where the audience themselves have to act in different situations. This will help to understand that application of body language and will help to understand the manner in body language has relevance on communication (Bernhardt, Lariscy, Parrott, Silk & Felter, 2002). This will thereby require that the location is such that maximum productivity takes place and the audience is able to grasp maximum information from it. Layout The layout that has been chosen for the training session involves chair and tables for the audience to sit down and note down the valuable points. Along with it the audience will require pen and paper to write down important points which will help them further. The layout also has to ensure proper arrangements of visual aid and hearing aid so that the audience is able to look at the videos and sounds and understand the manner in which body language influences communication. In addition to it proper arrangements regarding space and movement has to be ensured for free movement so that the audience is able to act on the situation and their body language will act as an example through which the audience will be able to understand its influence on communication. Equipment The training session will require different equipments to be able to deliver proper training and will require visual as well as hearing aids. The session will also require pen, paper, sitting place, proper lightning, drinking facilities, clear visibility of the screen and other requirements through which proper training session can facilitated (Berger, 2008). This will also require that the equipments have different requirements like ventilation, lightning and a conducive environment through which proper training session can be provided and maximum efficiency can be gained. Materials The training session will require different materials like a video which highlights the manner in which body language contributes towards body language. In addition to it a video camera which records the manner in which the audience acts during the training session so that the audience can be shown the same based on which they will be able to understand the different traits and characteristics which has a relevance on body language and will help to determine the manner in which special training can be provided (Maguire, 2002). Special Action before Session The audience has to look towards undergoing a special session where the audience has to read previously about the different body language traits. This will improve understanding as the audience will be able to ensure that they are able to understand the different aspect and their role in body language. In addition to it the audience should also look towards watching a video which helps to understand body language better (Anne & Bochner, 2007). This should be matched by the fact that the audience doesn’t have any preconceived notion but looks towards understanding the different mechanism and strategies which will bring about a change in the body language and will determine the manner in which the audience is able to understand the different aspect of communication better. Course Design The course has been designed in such a manner that it will lay stress on the different aspect of communication and the mechanism through which better training and understanding of communication skills will be imparted. This will thereby look towards breaking the entire process into different parts where it focuses on body language, tone, voice modulation, response from the hearer, feedback and other developments through which effective communication can be developed between both the listener and the speaker (William & Stella, 2001). This will thereby ensure that the different aspects through which communication can be improved is developed which will facilitate the require development to provide quality training. Introduction Communication holds importance in every field and understanding the different aspects through which communication can be improved plays an important role in shaping the entire performance. This thereby requires that the people are able to understand the different traits through which proper communication can be passed and the different things which have to be watched to ensure that the communication provides maximum benefit (Nicholas, 2003). This training session looks towards presenting the manner in which body language has a relevance on communication skills and being able to understand those will be able to ensure maximum benefit and proper passage of information from one channel to another channel. Assessment The training session will look towards making the audience understand the importance body language has communication. This will thereby ensure that the audiences after the training session are better equipped to understand the different dimension and dynamics through which the entire process of communication can be enhanced. This will thereby ensure that the training session is able to provide the required inputs and developments through which the communication process improves. The fact that the present training session focuses on a single aspect it will ensure better concentration and determination of the different factors through which better training and aspect of the communication can be dealt with. The process also looks towards having a mix of both theoretical as well as practical knowledge which will ensure that the audience is able to practice the learning and through the process will be able to determine the manner in which the overall productivity and communication process will be developed (Staufer, 2008). Conclusion This part of the training session thereby helps the audience to understand the role body language has on communication and prepares the audience to be able to act in a manner which will help to understand the other person better. This will thereby lead towards the overall development of the audience and will help to improve the overall process through which communication is done and will thereby multiply the benefits that will be yielded based on it. Part 2 Session Plan The training session will look towards making the audience understand the importance body language has communication. This will thereby ensure that the training session is able to provide the required inputs and developments through which the communication process improves. The process also looks towards having a mix of both theoretical as well as practical knowledge which will ensure that the audience is able to practice the learning and through the process will be able to determine the manner in which the overall productivity and communication process will be developed (Palmatier, 2004). The overall process of training will look towards starting with theoretical knowledge which will then lead towards practical knowledge. This will help to use the learning better. The entire process will be divided over a period of 1 hour where the first few minutes will be looked towards identifying the different body language traits and then the focus will be on a video which will explain everything. The audience then will act based on their learning which will help them to understand the overall process better and ensure effective development of a communication process through proper training.
