A study into the impact of DGEP which has been in place for 10 years will serve as a benchmark and learning point to other Arab nations and the world at large to adopt government excellence programs.
The aim of this study will be to assess the impact of the Dubai Government Excellence Program (DGEP) on service excellence in the government sector. This study will be conducted between February 2015 and April 2015. The study will involve a descriptive survey of 10 selected government departments in Dubai. 30 government departmental managers will be interviewed while 580 government employees from the 10 departments and 640 citizens will be invited to fill their questionnaires in the surveymonkey.com. The study will be undertaken in Dubai.
